I don't have high standards for Denny's but since we were put in the corner it was harder to get the attention of waiters. They didn't have most of the small things I wanted, like peanut butter, which is easy to shrug off but they also couldn't make smoothies and in this hot weather is when they're in demand. Finally the free breakfast for your birthday wasn't that clear. We only got a discount. I wasn't expecting a free meal just that one person's meal be free. Of course that easily could have been my misinterpretation. In the end it was a decent breakfast.

Great, as usual. We were told coming in they were so busy whereas we could be seated right away, our food orders would be 30 minutes. No problem.Our waiter, Ratan, was super friendly, polite and professional and totally engaged not just in his job…but his customers, US.Due to the wait for food, he brought out our soup and pancakes before the meals arrived. WowI watched him being calm, solicitous to everyone staff and all customers. Although the restaurant was crazy busy there was no stress or frenzyThe food as always was top notch ????I highly recommend Sherwood Parks Dennys

Food tasted great!! The biggest thing I want to say is the service was outstanding!! The outstanding lady at the front saw that I was on crutches and came out to greet me and opened the door and took me directly to an easily accessible table. This just made my day with one simple act!!!

First time in this Denny's location and we loved it! Our server, Ratan, was very friendly, accommodating, and was so kind. Another server was very attentive with making sure everyone's cup of coffee never made it to the bottom. My husband loved that the pancakes were fluffy. We haven't had that good of a pancake in other Denny's location. One of the sunnyside eggs came broken, and we didn't even ask, but they gave an additional egg to make it right.I recommend this location 100%. Great food, great service!

Solid place for a great breakfast.The service was spectacular, always someone around warming up topping up your coffee.The breakfast was very good and they have huge portions. We ended getting one meal that came with a whole breakfast and pancakes. Instead of ordering a breakfast for our 3 year old he ate the pancakes and we just got a side of fruit which he devoured (the fruit is mostly grapes).When we were they it looked like they attracted an older crowd which made it pretty quiet and relaxed. I would say a great place to visit if you wanted to grab the paper or get some work done while grabbing a big breakfast.

First let me say the service my family and I recieved was absolutely fantastic, the lady took the time to listen and talk to each one of my children, and was very kind and polite to us all. Secondly the food was great, hot, and well presented and most definitely feel like we got our money's worth. My family and I will be returning to this location.

Went and had breakfast with my daughter. As usual it was a busy Sunday morning. Although we were acknowledged right away and they sat us. Staff was so polite! We didn't wait long for our food, it was delicious and hot! My egg white portion was massive! They even had a charging station for my phone, which was pretty nice because I forgot to charge it.Will be going back again!

Had decided to go grab a quick bite. We hadn't been to Denny's in a while and, it was great! The food came hot eventhough, it was an extremely busy Sunday morning, after church, breakfast rush. Special thanks to our server for the excellent experience! ?

Again horrible customer service. We have gone to several Dennys around Edmonton and all take FOREVER to do anything. Very understaffed since before Covid. The waiters always forget about orders and it's an hour to order, an hour waiting for food and another hour for the bill ? with little kids it's a nightmare. Food is good as always ?

I really don't like to leave negative reviews but I just hope this review reaches the right people.I walked in and the young male host walked up to me and did not smile or even say hello. He demanded to see my vaccine passport when I pulled it out he was annoyed that it was not scanning instantly. When it did scan the only thing he said to me was "finally!"After looking at my identification he just walked away I had no idea but apparently I was supposed to just follow him. He led me to a section of the restaurant all by myself he placed the menu on the side of the table facing away from everyone else.My impression was that he was not happy that I came to the restaurant. It takes alot to make me complain you can see by all my other reviews. I just got up and left, if it was my restaurant I would make sure the host greets the customers properly.After I left I went to a restaurant across the street and was greeted professionally.I hope the manager sees this and maybe has a meeting with that male host.
