When you order a large cone, and they give you a small portion of ice cream... but they argue with you because the cone is a large... not the amount of ice cream... majority of the time, ice cream smalls are usually 2-3" tall, medium at 3.5-4.5", and large 5-6+". This was a first time having a "mini" (1.5" on a large, and charged for, cone.Not worth the money, via never going back.
This location is being untruthful. Apparentlythe buster bars are made in store. I was shocked that the price was now $15.75 for a box of six. I called the restaurant to express my thoughts on the size of these buster bars.They seem to be a quarter less in size. The manager said there is no way that they are smaller as they use a mold to make them equally. I insisted they were smaller than normal. The manager then hung up on me. I went home and weighed the bars. The box says they are 5.75 Oz each. Not one bar was that size. They ranged in weight from 4.35 Oz to 4.64 oz. What a disappointment. False advertising and a ripoff. Never again will I buy these bars or anything from this thief store on wye road Sherwood Park. Dairy Queen headquarters tells you to contact the store directly but the store tells you to contact fan relations. All they do is send you back and forth. They do not take accountability.
Third car in line June 4 2022 at 5:20 pm. Waited over 15 minutes for our blizzards. Gave us our blizzards with lids. Guy completed upside down test with lids in place. Four of the kids were loitering around taking a break. Not busy at counter. Opened blizzards in parking lot and found 25% liquid.
For your fast food craving, this DQ rocked it. Staff here were great and friendly. My meal didn't take too long to be prepared and delivery was accurate. I forgot gravy for my meal and they gladly gave me 2 for free. This DQ has done it right! Keep it up DQ!!!!
Quite dissapointed. Ordered blizzards on skip and they said they cannot add more toppings (even though we were willing to pay for them) because of a new policy and because people were getting upset with the amount of toppings. Well now people are even more upset because you aren’t giving the extra toppings, I would have understood if there was a warning before we ordered. If there was a warning I would have just went and picked it up. So quite dissapointed with them.

Another DQ I will not eat at, if the owners dont want to invest in keeping up with the programs as other restaurants, and setting up the scanners so customers can use or redeem for DQ rewards, hen don't deserve my money or anyone elses. And should shut down.
Ordered dinner for five for DQ today (February 14, 2022. So disappointed. The food was cold. All the orders of fries were less than half full in each container plus they had to substitute onion rings for one of the french fries order. Poor service. I got a call right after I placed my order to say that DQ was “out of french fries”… how does that happen?? No wonder each of our fries were less than half full in the containers.
I worked here as a kid. Always had a nostalgic feel about it. Service is always good, always get what you'd expect.
Service is usually fine, however I don't know why their policy on dog ice cream was changed? They used to give it in a sundae cup as long as the dog was in the car, but have switched it over to a cone now. Majority of the time, I am the only person in the car and do not have the time to pull over to give my dog the cone. When I ask for a cup - even just a small drink cup to put the cone in so I can wait to give it to my dog until I am home, I am constantly met with push back. Super frustrating and a very odd rule.
