We love the service and food here. We always go here because the food always fresh and tasty and worth the money. The staff were very attentive, pleasant and accomodating. I will definitely go back again.
Usually this place has great bowlsbut I ordered a bowl last night and threw it out it was absolutely disgusting. There was one small piece of pulled pork in it and it wS drenched in sauce to the point it was like soup. It was not even edible.
I have a medical exemption for a mask and come in all the time with my family, would consider myself a regular. They just changed management within the couple days since ive been there and the new guy immediately refused to serve me unless he saw my personal health records or waited for AHS to arrive. Havent had a problem with any other establishment, not even costco. All i wanted was a burrito! But i guess ill goto subway nextdoor where they still want business. Bring back the old manager

Recently prices have increased and portion sizes have decreased. Also rice on multiple occasions has tasted like dirty water. Won’t be going here anymore.
Owner was very kind and dedicated to ensuring that after a bad visit we had at this location that we were compensated and happy returning, great customer service and dedication to ensuring all customers are happy with there experience, will be trying again
probably the best burrito in sherwood park!!! flavours are 10/10, the chips w/ salsa is one of my favourite. employees are really nice and very welcoming.
It was my first time in Burrito and I tried Torta and a bowl for my boyfriend,, I do really appreciate the food,, good flavoured and their service.

We ordered a meal for 4 people. Reasonable price & quite a bit of food, enough for four women & three men I would say. A few things. 1/ Everything was bland. If you expect heat or a depth of flavour, you will be disappointed. 2/ The meal for 4 includes about 2 tablespoons of cheese, tiny container. 3/ The pineapple salsa is made from canned pineapple. I thought it was a deal breaker at first but the flavour was pretty good. 4/ Tomato salsa was bland, looked like tomatoes had been frozen or overchilled because it was really watery & no flavour. I think there is room for improvement, but I would order again, but, I'd include a request for hot sauce.
