This place was excellent. The steak sandwich I had with their peppercorn sauce was excellent. You can see and taste the quality of their ingredients that are grown in the gardens here. A wonderful experience.
This restaurant is a complete hidden gem, especially thier outdoor patio. The patio overlooks the greenhouse open air plant area. You feel like you are out in the country or somewhere like the BC interior. I have been there for Sunday brunch and during the week, the food is excellent. After you dine, you can go for a walk in the adjacent manicured gardens with a beautiful pond. I lived in Edmonton and Sherwood Park most of my life and never knew this place existed!
We visited there on Sat morning and ordered the breakfast pizza and fish taco. The food is not the best but above average with the price. Very relaxing atmosphere and we will come back to try the dinner. I got a cup of hot water and the cup had coffee stain. And I asked them to give me another cup. I wish they can improve the cleaning procedure.
What a treat. We loved the Grilled Romaine salad (a game changer).We had the Italiano, Bacon Mushroom , Prosciutto pizzas were all done to perfection.Quality and Taste, nothing spared here.The service is amazing. Kudos to Avery for making our experience as exceptional as it gets.The Crème Brûlée is out of this world.Amazing Experience!!!
Two words- breakfast pizza. Do yourself a favor and go for brunch here and order that. It's SO good! The restaurant is lovely (inside the greenhouse) and very relaxing. They have excellent coffees and their food is so flavorful and taste like a lot of effort and love went into creating them.
We went for the first time on my sons recommendation and we will definitely be back. The food tasted like much of it is made in house and the flavors were delightful.
Service was great, very friendly and attentive. Food was alright. I had the garlic oregano chicken pizza which the flavour was a bit all over the place but it was drenched in olive oil so the crust was no longer holding together and ended up being a mess. Portions were small for the kale salad.
Best burger and fries around that I've personally had. It's competitor is out of province in the mountains that's pretty much sums up how good it is and consistently. Fries remind me of the old school places that had that awesome crunch and flakyness but not overdone.
Appetizers were Ok but pricey, the $19 dollar main course was a joke! what was supposed to be a chicken pot pie was nothing more then a half a can of cream of chicken soup baked in a frying pan with a pie crust on top. Soooo disappointed,
This place was so good! Did not expect this quality of food attached to the Greenland Garden Centre. The atmosphere was fun, and the staff were energetic and friendly. I got the Lobster and Crab grilled cheese with potato crisps. So good. Definitely coming back!
