Went here for snacks after a night out at Sherwood Bowl and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and our server was personable and quite funny! The food was excellent as were the drinks we enjoyed. The prices were also very reasonable, made even better by happy hour pricing. I look forward to returning in the future.

Boston Pizza on Wye Rd. showed up with this order! Their usually delicious food was exceptional. The Bandera Bread was cheesed up and cooked to perfection, and the pasta had a great balance of all the fixings (under another generous layer of cheese - the cheese stretch was beyond satisfying!). As someone with celiac disease, knowing that I have access to safe, quick, delicious, and quality items means so much, given the severity and high-maintenance nature of this disease. Their gluten-friendly crusts and pastas are such a treat that make this gal one happy camper. 11/10 will order again.
We had a reservation today for my sons 5th birthday. We booked it 2 weeks in advance and upon showing up on an extremely busy Saturday night we were told a reservation never existed for us. Regardless of why or the details behind it, we were quite concerned as our son was excited and there were 12 of us. Craig, the general manager, stepped in and made things happen to get us a table. Then he served us personally all night long, and did a fantastic job. Regardless of how it started, he went above and beyond to make it right and it was extremely appreciated. Thank you Craig and Boston Pizza team.
I have to say we usually go to the north location not Ordze, in the park and I remember why. The service is better and the food is far beyond this location. The cactus cuts came out greasy and raw, same thing happened 2 years ago, raw and greasy. My pizza tasted old, the crust was horrible and the wife’s pizza had absolutely no sauce on it. Will not be back and do not recommend. Server was nice hence 2 star.
The food was so good tonight. Courteous staff when we called for takeout, courteous staff when we picked up, and food was ready to go. Love this location... drive in from South Edmonton to get food or eat there.
Tried ordering over the phone for my family who has covid and can't actually come to the door to greet the deliver driver. I was told they would not accept payment over the phone. Then they told me to go online and order through the ap, once on there it told me no delivery was available. So I called the store back and explained the situation and was told the kitchen closed off delivery so they could catch up on orders. Then I was told it was ILLEGAL to take credit card payments over the phone. Learn your facts that is incorrect. Per the credit card security these are the measures:It can be safe to take credit cards over the phone as long as you follow the right protocols. The most important thing when it comes to taking credit cards over the phone line is ensuring your business is PCI compliant. PCI is short for PCI DSS and stands for Payment Card Industry Data Security StandardI Tried pre ordering this morning and couldn't do that, tried again this afternoon and took 35 minutes to be completely dissatisfied with your company. I ended up giving skip the dishes the business and unfortunately due to your terrible customer service I will not be returning. My family has covid and wouldnt be able to answer the door and Boston pizza you really dropped the ball. I understand it's a busy day but the poor customer service is inexcusable.
I’ll start by saying I’ve always liked Boston pizza.On Valentine’s Day however, they gave us a heart shaped pizza after we ordered a medium pizza, along with other things. They shaped a $30 pizza by bunching dough up, which isn’t good for the pizza. Also, the dough used is meant for pan pizzas with some oil. Not dry ovens.0/10 on the heart pizza.
