First time visiting this location and it certainly won't be the last. Food was quick, tasty and great value.It was our server in the bar section which made the experience for me and my friends. She was funny, witty and unbelievably helpful - a definite job well done!
Came here on a Sunday the service and food was horrible. The staff seemed to have just given up because they wanted to close the restaurant and go home. Our server didn’t give us plates for our food until we asked which isn’t a big deal but there were only a few other customers so it was not like they were swamped. We got disgustingly oily cactus cuts that were barely cooked. The server did not ask us for refills and didn’t bring us new plates for our mains. No garlic bread with the pasta. Pizza tasted like cardboard. We had to ask for most things because the server was busy chatting up her coworkers. The food was just as bad as the service. Most of the time we come here it’s great but we were really disappointed with our experience this time.
I did not get good service here. Came to the lounge here after golfing with my grandpa, brother, and dad for father's day and we were looking forwards to some food while the hockey game was on.My grandpa and brother arrived before us and waited 10 minutes to be noticed even though the lounge was half full and everyone was already eating. The server said she'd be right back and never came back. After my dad and I joined them we waited another 15 minutes, waiving at servers and them walking away and talking/hanging out at the bar. Nobody even came in after us.Finally we waive someone down and she quickly takes our drink order and leaves, took 10 minutes to recieve them IN THE LOUNGE. We are 35 minutes into our stay here at this point and haven't even given a food order. The server who got our drinks apparently gave away our table so she could talk at the bar because a different one came up to take our food order.Food was made fast but (fault of Boston pizzas, not the cooks or staff) portions are very small for the price, bandera bread has 10 small wedges for almost 20 bucks, a wings order is 8 of the smallest wings you'll find. We order the calamari as we had gift cards to use up and that is the smallest calamari you could find, they are not even as big as a ring you would wear on your finger.We couldn't even be interested in buying dinner here after brutal service and their menu delivering weak portions and basic taste that you could out do at home.The food issue is on the company as the cooks must not have been busy, they cooked fast, the service was very very weak considering we could see them standing around and everybody else was served. Shouldn't have to wait as long as we did just to be helped when they saw us waiving at them and continued chatting about whatever.
Good service Jumbalia Fettuccine was a big and good meal. Wings and yams ?.
Super disappointed with the service and food at this location. Our waitress made it seem like we were annoying or something. Which was weird because we weren't complaining or doing anything out of the ordinary... The man in blue shirt and slacks, I'm assuming was a manager of some sort? Just as rude. Ordered a side of wings to bring home to my boyfriend and this guy just swings them on the table and walks aways. I let it go...it looked like he was having a bad day so whatever, you know? What was upsetting was getting home and having 7 wings, no dip, and three shrivelled, curled up celery pieces as our veggies. Was that them being rude or just that ignorant when packing food up for someone? So confused... I actually liked it there but I do not feel welcome there now.
I haven't been out to dinner in a long time and I really enjoyed my meal at Boston Pizza in sherwood Park, ab.I had a the shrimp tacos and they were amazing! I will buy again fir sure and our server has terrific. Great evening was had!
Talk about a kids zoo on a Friday night (not a bad thing when you take your own kids).The food was good, typical food for a Boston’s Pizza. The Memphis Chicken Sandwich is awesome every time and BP’s is the OG for the Cactus Potatoes.Service was as good as it could have been for how busy the restaurant was, our server always made sure to check up on us and make sure my beer was full.My kids also love this place, they have a great kids menu, and always finish their meals when visiting with minimal to no fighting.If you’re looking for a quiet place to enjoy your meal and relax I wouldn’t suggest this place especially on the weekend.
2nd Update, I filled out the form with the link you sent below but the form wouldn't submit at the end with my contact information.Calamari was clearly freezer burnt & desiccated. I would have sent back but we were on a timeline. The lunch pizza was good for my partner.
Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. it’s worth checking them out. Highly recommended.
