I was at this location today Jan/4/2022 at 12:30pm.. I went inside to place my order to have them give it to me already made sitting under a warmer and I noticed that they had onion rings there also under the warmer that they dumped back in the deep fryer to warm them up.. Who knows how long this food was sitting there till they gave it to me.. When I started eating my Teen Burger with Onion Rings it was so discussing and cold you couldn’t totally tell the food was really old.. Thanks A&W hopefully I don’t get sick, I won’t be back..
Love A&W but this particular restaurant is very slow and has gotten my order wrong multiple times. I hope management can fix this issue soon.

I get exactly what I order every time. And they have the best chicken strips and spicy chicken!
Service was good but I stood inside ordered my food and waited 20 minutes to get it. Watched 3 people leave because lack of service while 20 cars came and went in the drive threw.. They put to much focus on the drive threw cars instead of the customers standing inside
Service was good. Mozzarella burgers ok. The onion rings were bland and rubbery. The new "sweet cream shakes" are awful! The root beer mocha was so sickly sweet and such a bad flavour that my husband couldn't drink it. These drinks are not made with ice cream. They taste like crushed ice with a little milk, ands tons of sugar. Watery and gross! We will go elsewhere next time.Why would they change the shakes when they were good before? If it isn't broken, don't fix it.
Very friendly and the burger was great. Much better than the one in Sherwood Park Mall.
First time I was here took 10 min to get my “Teen burger, fried onion ring” order. Had explosive diarrhea 30 min later.Second time here(today) had the “Teen burger and poutine” poutine was soggy and greasy, burger was run of the mill. Around 40 min later I had explosive diarrhea again. I don’t know if they’re foods infected or they need to change the oil in the fryer.If you need a laxative in burger form this place is for you. As for the first time my bathroom smells like an A&W bathroom.
This location is the worst location in Alberta.. They don’t care about food quality, they give you cold food that’s been sitting under a heat lamp for who know how long.. They have the worst onion rings known to mankind.. the onion rings are thin and badly battered, and when they give you some it’s like somebody sat on them, you can’t even tell that they are onion rings, how can a manager allow food to go out like this.. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of themselves, I will not be going back ever again and if you read this you shouldn’t either because you will be very disappointed. What ever happened to A&W Great food, it’s sad..
Fantastic breakfast! Always fresh and almost too hot to eat right away! Recommend!
