This A&W is by far the best I have been in. The staff were very nice and they didn't take long to make my food even though the store was busy. This A&W is not the closest to where I live but I will be coming here a lot more.
Just went to get dinner and decided on breakfast as advertised ALL DAY BREAKFAST. The lady taking our order in the drive through said they had just cleaned the grill and were not willing to make a breakfast sandwich. Very disappointed as we were very hungry and were hoping to get a quick meal. Instead drove across Sherwood park to the baseline A&W and was able to get the breakfast sandwich with absolutely no hassle. Also had a poor experience the last time trying to order a teen burger with no sauce and no pickles… not very complicated. And the order was still wrong and French fries were not in the bag even though we had paid for them. The lady working was very rude and shoved the bag to me.
Going through their drive thru, they seems nice enough at first, but then when the food is ready, it gets handed to us without a single word, or even a look in our direction. The arm extends out the window, holding our bag of food, and the person holding it is always looking away from us, at something or someone else inside the restaurant. We don't get a "here's your food" or "take care/have a nice day/night", nothing. And as soon as I grab our bag, they immediately shut their window and walk away. It's so odd, really.
Counter staff unpleasant, did not bring food out when it was ready left it on the counter in front of other people ordering. We seemed to be annoying her because we wanted to order something. Men's bathroom needs to be cleaned more often it would spoil your appetite going in there first.
I had drive thru but the foods is not freshly cook, the onion rings is very hard, the burger bun had some mold on it, the chicken strips is not crunchy.. Overall, not satisfied with the service… Refund my money Order #495..
First time I've ever had this at this establishment holy hell so it was busy I went at 615pm and waited 10 min to order but what the hell a burger tie was on top of the lettuce in the burger my God seriously may20/22 look at what you're atleat eating here that was a close one ?
Come here almost every shift I get off early 230am amd they are awesome!
Ordered a vanilla and chocolate milkshake was told they do not have vanilla so I ordered two chocolate milkshakes instead.Not sure what happened to a and w they used to have great milkshakes but I was given two ice based chocolate drinks that were absolutely horrible. There was no milk in them.Neither my kid or I could drink them.
Even though it was really busy today, the staff handled everyone very well. I’ve been going to this A&W for years and the recent change in management has been a great improvement! Absolutely love this A&W!
best service, atmosphere & food at this a&w! despite the rush today, we were given our food quite quickly. always served with a smile!
