So asked for ice in the drive through for my pop.. I've asked for ice in my pop while in the resteraunt and it was not an issue. I was refused by the drive through attendants and then by the manager. Saying they had no ice. Wow. Great customer service
It’s crazy they have an ice machine there but they won’t give you ice in the drive-through, I mean I get it if you’re eating in and getting a frosted mug but in the drive-through. They had a manager come out to tell me I couldn’t have the ice that I know they have because I’ve gotten it inside.
Have only been here once so this may be just one employee doing wrong. I was wanting to pick up burgers for supper and everything went down hill as soon as I got to the order area. The person was very snippy and moody with there tone and how they acted. The order was wrong, and had to wait quite a while to get the 2 burgers and fries.I hope that this was just one employees doing as A&W has decent fast food.
I went out of my way to go try their new Nashville Burger, after paying nearly $16 for The combo, the Burger had a tiny squirt in the middle of it of their Nashville sauce, Look like a normal chicken Burger with a little bit of catch up in the middle.After asking why they took it back and put the proper amount of sauce on it so it looked like the picture. Wouldn't ever buy it again after the hassle, I will just go to Mary Brown's as their Burger is way better and less expensive.
I have ordered from this A&W a number of times, and have issues with my orders many of those times. It is the closest A&W that uses skip the dishes, that is the only reason I still purchase anything from them.
The worst lined up people backing out of the drive through should have stayed home the food was terrible as well do not recommend ever go to the McDonald’s down the street they are slow but not as bad as this
They get three stars because the service was really good. As for this burger…. It was ok, definitely not the greatest burger ever. I was super excited about this burger, it is a collaboration with one of my favourite chefs Matty Matheson, and I think my excitement for this ruined the burger a little. It was an ok fast food burger.The burger tastes like an A&W burger, the sauce is garlicky and fine, the onions were delightful. The fried pickles though were super soggy and for some reason had no pickle flavour?Again it’s a fine burger, but if you know Matty Mathesons cooking this is not what you’d expect, still worth checking out if you’re a fan though.
Love their teen burger and onion rings. They always taste so fresh and are seasoned just right and they usually have a 2 for 1 deal or something going on
I visit there on 28 march2022 in the night time. First nobody took my order after waiting 5 mins i went to the window nobody even show up there, then i call them and ask them it is open then he said yes then i told them to please take me order. Then again i have to wait for 10 min to get my order . Finally that order I received was a wrong burger.
Really good customer service. Best a&w I've ever been in. I wish bars would serve their drinks as good as a&w serves their root beer.
