Laughable at best. Ordered take out tonight for my family (2 children, husband, and myself) as you can see from my order receipt from Skip The Dishes however when my food arrived I was missing a childrens meal. I called Wendy’s because IT IS a wendys problem (skip doesn’t package my food, Wendys does). And wendys manager was less than enthusiastic about helping me. The manager was rude and ignorant to the fact that HER staff made a mistake. She took her staffs word “I put it in there” over a very angry customer on the phone and told me it’s a Skip the Dishes problem and to call them and hung up on me. Obviously she didn’t put it in there. I even offered to drive it back myself for them to see the contents of my meal as all I wanted was the other childrens meal for my children. IF I order from this Wendys again I will be added a requirement that states the skip person is to verify my order before leaving. I am incredibly disappointed!managers customer service skills are not good and staff lack attention to detail. Be very wary
Best fast food burgers and fries normally use delivery app very fast and hot when i receive it .love the frosty as well .
Standard food and service you can expect from a Wendy's. Spicy chicken sandwich is always a good bet.

Fast Service. The Bacon Portabella Mushroom Melt is back which is really one of the only reasons I go to Wendy's. Be warned for this location the Parking lot is tight and the drive through is single lane with the exit lane beside it, so watch your right side to make sure you don't get bumped. Otherwise staff are always friendly and quick.
We ordered a classic with cheese and I got a junior burger with sweet pickles and onions. It was disgusting
Garbage service manager is ignorant and doesn’t back her rotten food , wrote name down said come back and get a salad and meal that wasn’t rotten and guess what she didn’t do a thing , she needs to be reviewed and demoted. Ignorant and doesn’t do her job why should she get away with it I ask? Don’t go to red deer north Wendy’s service sucks manager runs a crap show big time.
This used to be my favorite on-the-go place to grab a quick bite.Lately, while the food is still great- the service is atrocious. Worst I've ever experienced. No recipt. Wrong change. This last time (and why I'm worrying my review) the lady at the window didn't look at me once. Ripped the money out of my hand, tossed change into my hand and stuck my food out the window all without looking at me. No smile. No thank you.
Food is great ,but the drive thru staff… one of the older ladies refused to give me the discounts after i handed her co-worker 2 valid coupons, after that i mentioned the price was too high and she gave me attitude and gave me a discount on one coupon ,and my food with no receipt. I had to go back in ask nicely for my receipt and for my money back from the 2nd coupon.
