I tried to use a free coffee coupon and the manager lied and said it only was usable at breakfast and it said nowhere on the coupon that it couldn't be used at dinner. They also served my friend cold fries. Not impressed
Quick and friendly service. Nice and hot when served. Very clean establishment.
Probably my least favorite location... Every single employee seems to hate their lives and not want to be there however I can understand the management doesn't seem like they're too pleasant either
Worst experience I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. Drive-through line was long so we went inside and ordered our food. Waited for over an hour because they don't know how to run a restaurant. Really inexperienced employees and all the manager could do was smile and say sorry sir for the wait. Never come back here again, get some new people in there.
This visit was better then the one I had 2 days before...they actually listened and accomplished getting my order correct!! Good job doing yer jobs folks..??
Bacon and cheese baked potato is great. It would be better with some green onion.
Came in to the Wendys today March 31 22, wife and I ordered. Found everything in disarray, no straws, food cold, all the tables where absolutely disgusting. I asked the manager if some one could come and clean our table. It took 20 min to get that done. This is a very poor managed restaurant. Think the owner should think about finding someone else to run this place.I use to be an employee at a Wendys restaurant in Toronto. Never have I seen this type of disorganized place ever. Never come here. It's nasty.
Absolutely disgusting.. burger was a mess and was like from the day before. The restaurant was very dirty. Nothing cleaned.The fountain drink machine was covered in ketchup that was obviously there for a while. Just gross ?
Just went through the drive thru here today.good food but horrible service.every single time we come here all of the employees are rude and don’t know how to do their job.we payed for an extra burger combo and they forget to give it to us.when we came back they said we payed for just a burger and wouldn’t give us the combo.do not recommend this place.
Nothing quite as frustrating as going the extra mile to be cordial, although a business' employees should be doing this as part of their job, just to have those same employees act rude and render terrible second rate service. Go somewhere else if you are making a decision, the food isn't good enough to excuse or tolerate the lack of service.
