It was ok. Wish they carried more types of pastry. I like that you get a sticker on your cup if you pre-order.
Horrible customer service. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come out from the back to take my order all while they were chatting in the back.
Great our treats were delicious! Maybe add so outdoor garbage cans didn't see any ..I may have just missed them
I nicely ordered 4 medium coffees this morning. I am always extra nice whenever I order at Tims being a former staff. Even though it took them a while I understand they are busy, now this scowling lady at the end of the till ruined my morning by rudely answering when I asked which ones are the black ones. She shouted back in a condascending tone "it is written". I answered you could to be nice and smile. I did not expect this as I was smiling all the time and my tone was friendly. Tims you better retrain your staff on how to treat costumers inquiry. Miserable staff treating you miserably on this miserable weather! What could go wrong?Sure will share my feedback with friends and loved ones.
Food is always good, coffee is off sometimes. Tastes burnt.
The people working are very nice, but the service is so slow. I have waiting up to 25 minutes in store for a mobile order, after ordering 10 minutes before that
The young blonde woman who was working here tonight was very friendly and helpful and I wanted to say as much. I do not know her name as she was not wearing a nametag sadly, but she knows who she is.Great job!
Can be very slow but good consistent coffee at this location
The coffee and donuts are definitely not bad. But the service at this tim hortons is in need of some TLC. Super slow whether you order inside or through the drive thru. Seems to be more common with this restaurant anytime you go to it.
Drive thru line was long but they served everyone very quickly!
