Tim Hortons, Tims, Timmy’s, it’s a KFC with an identity crisis. I honestly don’t know what the fuss is about this franchise. It’s meh and bleh at best.
Very bad experience 2nd time. I dont want to stop on this tim hortons for next time. They dont deserve to be tim hortons employees because they are very rude to customers.disappointed:(
Grossest sloppiest sandwich ive ever had in my life.. My dog wouldn't even eat it which makes me question the \\\"meat\\\".. had to throw it out.

Always so slow don't matter if your inside or in drive truth i can't recall how many times iv been the only one in line and waited forever for someone to even take my order... my suggestion is get more staff or more Maybe light a fire under there butts to get them moving most of them look like there asleep

The kids working there are in so much of a hurry they mess up constantly. No one else in the drive-thru, but they stuff the serving tray in your face as soon as the till shows approved. English is a second language for them, they know the words but fail to understand the meaning. Terrible Service if they even give you the same thing you order. Stay Away!
More concerned about drive through traffic then a truck driver walking in.
This Tim's almost always gets my order wrong or the food is burnt. I paid with cash one time and the lady at the window tossed the change out the window. Can't count change back. I would be better service if employees would would take a little more time to do the job right. I guess this is what you get when you don't pay your staff well, and there is no incentive for a raise!
Service horrible.. staff take your order in very rude way.. they dont say thank you.. or say hello to you.. not happy with customer service.. you guys really need to work on service.. food was ok..
