Always slow service, but I love my steeped tea ? The counter service consistently good. Having the drive-through being a priority sucks for those that line up. Drink only lines would help like a few major centre's.
Honestly people. I don't care to wait 2 extra minutes for the hashbrowns to be actually cooked. Soggy hashbrowns EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here. Get your helmet on and get in the game. What's the rush????
The service from one of their staff is exceptionally rude and when taking your order she cuts you off and says ya I know and still continues to get the order wrong.. She should not be working their. Sure enough got to the window, order was wrong and she was arguing saying she could not refund me. Lol. Thankfully the manager came over, gave her an earfull and proceeded to give me my meals and coffees for free.

Everytime we come here, there is poor customer service, with extremely grouchy (that word doesn't even describe it) staff. We've had orders messed up, there is no organization inside or out and it's simply a waste of money. Worst Tim's in Red Deer?
I just when there this morning 1 oct at 710 amI ask for a sausage wrap breakfast and they give me a different breakfast???? the person don’t speak great English and I don’t know why the manager put her in the microphone???She did want to listen when I said of what I want and said first window??? Manager or owner ! I hope your listening to people comment.
Meh not the best tims around
Worked here for 4 years a number of years ago. Glad to see Carol is still making the same 5 second wraps that are half empty and the bottom of the container not folded properly - or at all.This place has some of the faster service out there; but it is inversely proportional with the quality of their products and services.
