Lately I’ve been ordering the hazelnut cold brew. It’s delicious! … if it’s made right. Somehow this location ALWAYS manages to screw it up. Very rarely it’s made right and actually tastes right, but most the time I’m given something that resembles a poorly made iced coffee. I’m not a complainer normally, but when you pay $4.40 for a coffee, you want something that doesn’t taste so gross you can barely drink it. I’ve even said before “is this even the right drink?” As it was completely cream coloured instead of dark at the bottom, and they were so rude. I’m just sick of it, might as well give up on the drink. The location in gasoline alley always makes it spot on yummy.
Their box of coffee comes in handy for large gatherings... the coffee tasted delicious, but ask for extra sugar because they only gave 6 packets this time around.Food: 5/5

Absolutely fed up with this particular Tim’s. Every single time I come here, I’m either in the drive through for half an hour, or they don’t take orders right, OR they give cold, stale food. I ordered potato wedges today and I spit them out it was so bad. What happened to “always fresh”?
I asked for a BACON GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH and I got NO BACON on my sandwich. They even charged me for the bacon. Very very mad. Never visiting again. Also told there was no hash browns and then got to the window and they were serving other people behind us hash browns.
Pulled up to the drive through ordered two cinnamon caramel cold brew , told they don't have it, asked for vanilla cold brew instead ... get to the window to be told they don't have that either . Then after verbally asking why they wouldn't have told me that when I ordered .. they came back and said oh wait " I found some " ... handed me two iced coffee drinks that were definitely NOT what I ordered .. they were both burned cold coffee with regular cream in it . Not very pleased at all .Poor customer service to say the least
Great staff, greet me by first name. I use the app most days and they always have my drink hot, fresh, made right and waiting for me. Thanks for your hard work, warm smiles and attention to detail.
Terrible service, worst location in the city. The long drive-thru line is because the staff is bad with no customer service skills.
Always been a great establishment, and today after ordering in the drive thru the owner gave me a 5$ gift card while he was sweeping outside. Awesome guy and great staff, thanks Abe
The costumer service at this location is horrible, I worked in fast food and it is not hard to be polite and understanding of customers. Every time I go to this location something is wrong with my orders from the employees not listening and being lazy. this location and the one on 67th are not the tims i recommend.
