I wouldnt trust their hyhene if they cant even run their store with any effency.Horribly slow and disorganized, stood in line for 10 minutes with 1 person infront of us and he didn't even get his order taken let alone us.Staff has no idea what they are doing and management is too cheap to hire enough staff to run the place. Don't waste your time coming here.
Gotta say, for being open 24hrs which it does clarify on your google profile. It’s a pretty big lie and tbh I’m not a fan of that. So change it and please get more Boston creams! Thank you!!!
Very slow service with some new staff I'm guessong. The white ladies working there were very slow, had to ask for customers what they ordered a few times. It took 20 minutes for them to get my order of 2 apple fritters and one a French Vanilla Iced Coffee. To be fair, there was like 10 customers with about 10 staff working plus the drive through customers as well.
very worst customer service..staff is so arrogant..i got donut for my son at friday evening 7:45 pm..store was completely empty..i told the guy to warm it up for 10 seconds because he was cleaning the cabinet and all the donuts were out side..but he arrogantly answered that tim hortins don't have policy to warm the donut and he can't do..it was literally cold and my son throw it with just one bite..worst worst place..train the staff first for how to talk with customer..
The wife and I had come through this location on April 22 2022, the comment white people was clearly herd at the drive through window.it was clearly not a very nice thing to say.There is absolutely no reason for this type of behavior to happen? it unprovoked,it was uncalled for, and it was unpleasant.I have never discriminated anyone in my life, and to have herd this type of comment being muttered just floors me to no end. when is this type of behavior going to stop?There will be no way to ever get me to stop there ever again. I do not support this type of behavior at all. I suggest that Tim Hortons get on top of this as soon as possible.

Latte machine broke which anytime it’s happened anywhere else they just make you a cheaper drink free on the spot especially when the concern is only on one drink. Now with a full staff including managers on floor, they found it to take 30 min to make me a new drink during which time they ignored me several times when asking how long it would take and instead keep hard at work pushing the latte machine around. The very last moments when I decided I wanted to leave they then decided to do a refund instead (which I didn’t even want I just wanted a new drink so I could leave) this took just as long with the manager standing right beside them not being helpful what so ever. I did eventually get my replacement drink, made wrong and now I’m late due to this incompetence. All the food came out cold (yes we ended up eating all the food we ordered inside because of how long we were waiting for just one drink) staff needs to be better under pressure and handling small problems such as these so they don’t get escalated to 30 min of waiting.
On my way to Calgary my husband wanted a coffee so we stop in Red Deer at this Tim's. I went to the bathroom and oh my it's so nasty for a Tim's that have a lot of costomer dinning. When I went to the counter to place my order the bathroom and over the counter look the same. The equipment are crying out for help they are dirty and dusty you can see that they have not been cleaned for a while, so I began to look around and notice that the dinning are have the same problem. You guys need to do better you have so many staff working this morning but the establishment is so dirty. Supervisor/ management need to step up you can do better.
They know how to make a good coffee. The only thing I would complain about is the drive thru sign it is so hard on the eyes there is no reason to have ot that bright...
Now not all of this was the restaurants fault but they need to take responsibility for their staff. I ordered through the Tim Hortons App on February,22 of last month. I was contacted when the delivery driver got there to inform me they couldn't make my order. I decided I wanted to cancel the order since they couldn't make any of the food we wanted and I didn't want to pay for coffee and donuts to be delivered. They told me they couldn't cancel it though because their manager wasn't there, so to get a refund I had to cancel it on the app. I couldn't find any way to cancel it on the app so I called the store back. They said I had to cancel it through doordash then because they were the ones that took the delivery but they would get their manager to call me. When I called doordash I was told since I ordered through Tim Hortons App that all they could do was put in a request for it to be refunded, which they did, going above and beyond for me. THANK YOU DOORDASH. Now I had to call Tim Hortons for 3 days in a row each day being told a manager would call me back and never receiving a call. Finally on the 25 a general manager called me saying he had just been informed of what was going on and what could he do to help. He was great and I appreciate his help but it seems to be a trend that your employees take info down in their heads and fail to put it on paper or you just happen to lose the information alot. It has now been over a month and I still haven't received my refund which by the way is almost $50 but apparently Tim Hortons couldn't care less about getting money back to consumers in a timely manner or that they have put me through so much inconvenience and all they can say is sorry for your experience.
