Would love to rate this -5 stars if I could . Worst tim hortons in red deer by far. Ordered a chili with a full size bun and 2 coffees. Got our order and they only gave half a bun so I said where is the other half and the “manager” grabbed a full bun and threw it into the bag hard and said “here”. I replied with “wtf” and asked to speak to the manager which she was reluctant to say I am the manager. So that’s great the manager gives attitude and is terrible at customer service so it explains why this Tim’s is so bad. The coffee was made incorrectly as it always is because we order coffee with oat milk as we can’t stomach the cream they use, so obviously if their workers can’t use the automatic button machine to dispense the sugar or cream then the coffee is made either to sweet or to strong differs everytime you order but somehow you order the same 2-1 everytime? Fire this manager and overhaul the staff at this location . Worst one in red deer. Save your money and go somewhere else. I will be calling corporate today as having the food you paid for thrown at you is a little much. I wanted so badly to throw the bun at her face but there were children inside….
The fact this location puts a bathrooms closed for cleaning for hours in the morning rush, lost them a customer group for life.
Bath room disgusting no toilet paper . Understaffed one till open not two even with a line up out the door. Took 20 minutes to place an order and get the food then they don't even give you napkins anymore with your 10$ sandwich come on Tim Hortons do better.
Chicken and bacon wrap: the chicken was to hard and not well cooked.My purse is easier to chew than this.I gave 2 stars and not 1 because the girls who works here are great and always kind to me.
Wait times and service here is atrocious. Waited in line for almost 10 mins with another lady before anyone behind the counter even acknowledged us. When the worker came to the counter they served the people that just came in ahead of us at the other counter. Also, last time I was in there I waited 15 minutes for one wrap..
Service is awful, employees overworked, owner and management so rude. The staff aren't trained properly and don't know what to do. There's only one food prepping station so a simple sandwich can take 30 minutes around lunch. Never going back.
Hard to order, and all our drinks were wrong. Last time for this place. Tim hortons standards have dropped big time.
Spicy chicken wrap is suppose to have chicken in it I'm pretty sure. Not just cheese, tomatoes, pickles, and hot sauce. Ruined my night at work lol
We ordered 3 SPICY BUFFALO Chicken wraps but got 3 Chicken Ranch wraps instead. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! NOT COMING BACK IN THAT LOCATION!
I tried doing a app order and after giving the order number to the person 10 times they have me pull up and was confused when I would pay them for a order I already paid for via the app gave me my food but no napkins so I asked oh hey can I have some napkins and he says OK sure about 40 seconds go by and he says umm that's all of your order and I said yes but remember those napkins I asked for any chance I can get them and again looks at me like I am from Mars speaking a language that he never heard before
