Ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Lady said that they were out but she could put jam on the cream cheese. Had to wait 5 minutes in the middle of my order, not sure why. Got to the window and waited for another five minutes. There was no jam on the bagel and barely any cream cheese. Bagel was burnt and nasty.
Used to come here a lot years ago. Now I stop for the occasional doughnut or frozen lemonade sometimes a peach juice or soup. They are almost always very busy and often do not have what I want. Plus I prefer McDonalds coffee.

Please do the washrooms. Every time I come here are closed or very dirty.You don’t have enough money employers they can’t do this in its labor time. It’s a lot of clients so you earn a lot of money, hire more people to keep the bathrooms in a proper way.
I place my order at the drive thru, proceed to the window and the lady ask me if my order is the sprit one i said nope i order a lg coffee 2 sugars and a classic bagel breafast . "Oh we don't have this order so what is again?" So i proceed to repeat my order. The results... lg coffee 2 sugars check, everything bagel not toasted without nothing... so by then i am mad so i said could i actual get cream cheese then? She proceeded to charge me $1.50 for the cream chees. Terrible non English speaking people.
Worst experience ever!!! Ordered a large chili with four cheese on top with bread and melted butter, got a medium chili with no cheese on top and they forgot my bread and butter.
Asked for a farmers bacon wrap. Didn’t get it for some spicy onion egg wrap!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Will never go back again
Your new 2 lane drive through only works if you have 2 staff manning them. This just made this drive through go from annoying to a complete gong show. And you have had the bathroom closed for months 'cleaning it'. Lots of money is made at this store, they can do so much better.
I went through for a delivery order and the young guy who helped me this morning was awesome!! I had a bit of a cerfuffled order and he was super patient, made sure I had everything adding the little extras for me and smiled as he was helping! Awesome kid!! ??
The staff left the Ice Capp machine, the coffee maker, and the dark roast machine beeping for over 10 minutes. 10 minutes of non-stop beeping as I tried to enjoy my coffee, sitting in for the first time ever. I used to work at a Tim Hortons, and that beeping haunts me, every nerve in my body just begged to turn it off. Please speak to the staff about this, those timers and alarms are important, and should not be ignored for more than a minute at most. After 10 minutes I had to go up to the counter, and ask them to hit the button on the coffee maker, I have never felt more annoyed. It takes 10 seconds to dump the grounds, and hit the button to stop the alarm.Please.I beg you.I will never sit in, or buy from this Tim Hortons again.
