It was really difficult to order speaker was really hard to hear. They tries to charge me for 2 meals when I ordered 1. There was no cheese sauce on my Mexi-fry deluxe the tater tots werent cooked tasted like raw uncooked potatoes. My taco was completely split when I unwrapped it so everything fell out. The wrap itself was dried out and brittleI will not be coming back it's not at all what it use to be
The wait times here are horrible. Only vehicle in the drive thru and it still takes 10+ min to get our food. Seems like they don’t start your order until after you pay at the window. It was at least hot if not fresh....tomatoes were borderline going bad.
Great service and great food tonight! We were in just after 7pm tonight and everything tasted very fresh!
The people working are friendly enough, but I’m once again disappointed with the quality of food in the evening. You really need to do some quality control. The beef doesn’t even look like beef and it’s only 7pm. There is still two hours to serve people and that is what is being served. It’s hardly edible. I honestly can’t imagine that this food isn’t expired. Timers are clearly not being followed.. this is an actual food safety concern.

I went in to buy some sauce and seasoning to take home and they were out of Taco Seasoning so the owner went to his bower mall location and actually delivered me 4 packs of seasoning to my home!!And wouldn’t accept payment not only that he threw in a bag of nacho chips as well!!?Awesome guy great service!! Over and above anything any other restaurant has ever gone for me!!Five giant ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ordered two chicken taco salads tonight and the shells are falling apart and stale, the chicken is shredded when it used to be nice grilled pieces, and we got thousand Island dressing when we asked for Ranch. We also ordered a side of chips and salsa fresca for $4. The amount of salsa we received was so ridiculous maybe 2 oz worth. This hasn't been the first time I've had a disappointing experience.
I've been eating at taco time since I was a kid this got to be the least consistent tacotime I've ever been ordered a large burrito it's clearly a regular someone from other store should come and show them the error of there ways like not even any cheese sauce on the Mexi fries deluxe
