I love how the staff treat customers. Thank you for being kind and friendly. I also love the food, especially the chicken quesadilla! A truly must try food from Taco Time. Thumbs up!

I don't know what happened but the customer service has really taken a downward fall. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes and the employee behind the counter didn't acknowledge me, didn't look over her shoulder really at all. After waiting for a few minutes I just turned around and went elsewhere to eat. I dont know if it's the manager or what but the service used to be amazing.
Service was incredibly slow, waited 15 minutes after ordering only 2 things. Saw employee dumping out a drink, using SAME cup to scoop more ice and fill it with a different soda entirely. Employee wiped their hands on pants and then was handling food (no gloves either). My poutine had gelatinous chunks of gravy in it. And finally one of the employees was in the front with their mask not on their face. They also gave us a beef burrito when a chicken was ordered (even after they asked what it was)
Usually very good service & good food (very good!!). BUT: I sent my eight year old daughter to order her own food for the first time. She had twenty dollars in cash. She ordered a chicken taco and a small dr. pepper. She gave me the change and I just realized that they only gave her $3.50 back....I don't think her meal cost 16.50. We can't go back because we don't have the receipt. Likely a mistake but too bad it happened on my daughter's first time ordering food on her own. Good lesson for her (and us) I guess.
I love your food today I went in at 2.45pm the front lady was super negative I was having a tough day I love your food to help me cheer up she asked me about what condimentsI felt so ackward I didnt know what to sayShe didnt give me any condimentsI got my foodI felt awful eating it because of how negative she was I always visualized happy thoughts in eating the food now I'm at home enjoying it it makes me sadTimes are toughI dont know what she must be going thruI really love the food it makes me want to treat myself so I can keep goingBut these experiences really makes me sad I was doing great till got my foodBefore that I was starting to smile again, laugh, and then I felt bombed with negativityI wish the lady feels better I would hate to work with her if that's how she isI would love to show her appreciation, offer her encouragement, and ask how her day wasI know it's not easy to work in the food industry I believe in a supportive work environment especially during these tough times plus if you got a good worker like she is it woukd be great to take the time to appreciate the workers for their hard working efforts so she can feel supported in a good way then offer friendly kind service as front end workersHave a good day I would send her a hug because she works so hard
