Best chicken burger I’ve had yet, ever. Their new Kentucky (“hot”) burger. SOOOOOO crispy. Love it. Great pickles and coleslaw and amazing sauce. It is not very hot and spicy tho. But I don’t care because it’s delicious!
Food was passable, had to eat my ice cream sundae with a fork! Sundae came with no topping! We waited so... long for it to come I just ate it the way it was! We had a good waiter but I guess he went home or quit. Then we had no waiter and asked many times for our dessert! Not again!
Myself and my family just had to walk out of Swiss Chalet in Red Deer firstly for poor service, secondly I was coming from the bathroom when I noticed the cook was using his BARE HAND to put the fries and chicken on my plate!!! When I asked him if he uses gloves to touch people food he said NO THE FOOD IS HOT THE GLOVES WILL MELT!!!How about using tongs like you suppose too!!!Long hair, beard, no gloves, no tongs!!!Don’t eat at Swiss Chalet in Red Deer if you care about your health!! I would give a ZERO star if there was one
As usual, our meal was great and done exactly as we liked it. Charles was such a pleasant and funny young man! We really enjoyed it!
Had a great birthday dinner for our mom. Jennifer was a great server, made it an awesome celebration with delicious food!
Literally the best food in all of canada I swear. Always love eating here when I get to come and the service is incredibly pleasent and quick to get my meal.
The server ladies where absolutely amazing! The trainer was great with her trainee on her very first day! The restaurant itself on the other hand claims to be a family restaurant but not one highchair was available for our toddler. Which is why we would not be returning. Food was great and service was amazing otherwise.
there's one waitress here who is actually so nice, i personally am not the hugest fan of the food at swiss chalet in general, but the convenient location and friendly service have me coming back all the time.
Stellar service from the wait staff every time we are here. Great recommendations and attention paid to patrons. The kitchen was noticeably slow last time, it is probably under-staffed; are they paying enough to attract and retain workers? Or is corporate taking too much of a cut? Regardless, the kitchen staff they do have made an excellent meal. There were no mistakes, everything was fresh and super hot, just the way I like it. Hard times, and the staff seem to be making the best of it.
Ordered a takeout chicken and rib meal, the chicken was good, nice and hot but the ribs were ice cold. Also ordered a slice of pie, paid $5.00 for a 1 inch by 1 inch piece of pie. Almost $35 for the meal, I don't think thats a fair price for cold food and super small portions. I won't be back.
