I stopped in before a meeting for a quick lunch. I ordered the Salmon Mango Roll. They use the perfect amount of rice in their rolls and the fish is fresh. I wish they used less cucumber, or larger shrimp, as it overpowered the delicate flavor of the shrimp in the roll. I will definitely come back and try other rolls as the freshness of the salmon was amazing.
The staff was wonderfully friendly and paid attention to detail bringing us extra spicy sauce when they saw how much we liked it! Thanks for making it a lovely Christmas dinner for my friend and I :) Amazing food, too!

Had an absolutely fantastic meal and experience.One of our party is gluten free, and the staff at this restaurant goes out of their way to ensure that their food is safe! The gluten free tempura is delicious and if you didn't know it was gluten free, you wouldn't know. They also have gluten free soy sauce available.All in all, a delicious and delightful evening!
The best sushi in Red Deer hands down. They go the extra mile with their drizzles and sauces, and their ingredients (fish, rice, fruit/vegetables) always taste fresh. Ver nice staff too. Only thing, my reason for docking a star, is sometimes they literally do not answer the phone when calling to try and order pick up.
First of the Owner and the chefs were so incredibly Professional, kind and understanding. They have "Gluten Free" tempura which was an incredible attraction for all gluten allergic people, food was so tasty and freshly made. Price was very reasonable.It's truly a "Hidden Gem". I will be going back with my family and friends. This place is totally worth a drive from Calgary or Edmonton. Thank you Sushi Koon ?❤??

They were very accommodating of my allergy and serves excellent quality food. The best seared salmon I've ever had. Prices are friendly as well, I highly reccomend it.
