They never get my order right when I specifically told them what I want and what’s on it. Other Starbucks location never had a problem with the same order I kept ordering, twice that it already happened on this location. Starbucks bower mall, please do better. Your drinks are not cheap so the customers want to get what they are paying for.
Starbucks Bower Mall is conveniently located near the food court. The great service you expect and love from Starbucks in a very convenient location... shopping, Starbucks - does it get any better!
The workers are awesome here, always cheery in the morning, fast getting my mobile order ready to go!
When I asked " when can we make our own coffee" to the barista, the owner rudely interrupted with "NEVER"! The only thing missing was the " MUA ha ha ha ha" and the twisting of her mustache! I could only imagine working for someone like that.

Great knowledge at this location. They know how to make a flat white properly. Yes, it's supposed to always be the same from location to location, but they're not.
Loved this starbucks management wasnt the greatest. Then drinks were being made horrible, the drinks are pretty expensive for not being made correct. Then you get told to be patient and wait very rudely. Have some respect for your customers

As I live in an area where there is no STARBUCKS to enjoy, it is a huge treat to partake in my favorite coffee beverages when I come for a city visit.The baristas are great at upselling an add on with your Pumpkin Spice latte or tasty Carmel Macchiato. Feeling very spoilt as I leave the Red Deer location with my delicious coffee❤
