Consistent coffee chain, mediocre products and service, coconut milk is offered as a dairy alternative. More "grab and go" style than sit-down. They survive because of convenience of many locations.
The staff is pretty rude and disappointing. They do not greet. I find them a bit racist and that's highly offensive. Inspite of ordering regularly, they look disappointed every time I see them.
Tried Starbucks for the first time. Was given 12 ice cubes with a shot of espresso at the bottom of a huge cup. Didnt notice till half way across town....K... thanks...(Update: tempted fate a second time, and the server, inside the store, actually suggested a good drink this time, and didn't sell me ice cubes. Coffee was 8$ but admittedly it was tasty.)
Every single time I visit this location I am 10/10 impressed. The staff is amazing and have a heart to serve. This is the only location I like to visit in Red Deer because I know my coffee is always good and the staff is smiling. Also the service is so quick! Keep up the great work here guys and gals
Always super friendly and inviting, they didn't have the order I asked for but the lady was so nice about it in explaining why they didn't have the ingredients and when they should be getting them in! I also got a card for some money off my next purchase because she felt so bad, I didn't mind at all, she was so nice about it and to me that's all that matters, always very good customer service, I've never had a bad experience
Wonderful coffee house and better than most Starbucks' that I have been to. Staff were very nice and It had an overall great attitude in the store. My favorite place for a coffee when I am in Red Deer.
Rip off. Ordered a Cinnamon Dolce latte with no foam through the mobile app. Picked it up and waited until I got home to open the lid. Once I spooned the foam off, it was only 2/3 full. Pretty frustrating for that price.
The staff friendly. I found my drink watered down. The bathroom was messy. But usually it is a good visit
So far everyone at this location has been super nice! Always greeting me and saying bye which I love when coffee shops have that small town atmosphere. I’m not sure their names but there was someone working who had a Lilo and Stitch mask and someone who said “you’re the second person named Deb!” And both of these workers were so kind! ? they make me wanna work there lol
Waited forever in the drive thru and the lady couldnt even get my drink order right .Got home and it was the completely wrong drink
