Pretty bad experience today. No greeting, I ordered from the app inside the place, waited for 10 minutes sat in front of the pick up counter, I was the only customer inside, when I asked about my order, that had it ready a while ago but no one called my name. The whipped cream on top of the mocha was collapsed and almost completely gone inside the coffee, looked really bad and obviously wasn't as hot as expected, I wish I'd take a picture. I left the beverage on the table for another 10 minutes, I'm still the only customer and no one bother to come and check why I wasn't drinking my coffee. Anyway, the coffee had a very bitter aftertaste so I returned when leaving. I love Starbucks but this one was like a green, expensive Tim Hortons
I was just there, realized I forgot my bank card at home. I told the lady the little change I could find in my purse and asked if I had enough for what I wanted. She said it's on me.Even offerd to size it up.I am beyond happy ?Thank you so much!Very grateful it's the little things in life!
Unfortunately the price of your drinks has gone up and the quality has gone way down. I am more disappointed than not when i get up the nerve to spend $8+ And the drink is made wrong more often than not. A drink right off of their menu, no extras, no substitutions and still it’s made wrong or poorly. I preferred your product over the other coffee shops/chains but I can’t justify spending so much money for an inconsistent product. I wish it were as easy as visiting another Starbucks in the city but unfortunately they’ve all gone down hill here.
I deal with Karinna every morning. I have gotta say she is the best to deal with. Always polite and nice. The coffee is coffee, it's the people that make the experience.
I think that Starbucks should look at the spaces they have available now that we can dine in indoors you are not aboard room facility and to watch a lady hold a table with 10 spaces for more than 20 minutes I sat outside and had my coffee because she held the table I think we need to do better than that Starbucks
Poor customer service at the drive thru. The barista made a mistake with our order then proceeded to talk rudely about us, not aware I could hear them at the window. I will not be returning to this Starbucks.
Today at Starbucks I ordered a caramel Frappuccino. When I got home to have it, it literally was not blended property. The drink was basically all ice that has chunks in it. You pretty much need a spoon to have it. The staff were friendly but this is not the first time I had a bad experience here. The first time they put ice in my drink when I told them not too multiple times. Just disappointed once again. Hopefully they learn from this.
Just a shout out to Linda!! Most friendly and amazing lady makes my night when I see her :) I order the iced white mocha and she knows exactly what I like before I even have to say it. Excellent service and always making us smile.
