I stopped in for a late lunch, I was greeted immediately with a warm professional smile, and direction to find a table that's make me feel comfortable. My Servers name was Serena, she is the dream server, exceeded expectations in every single aspect of my lunch. With the highest level of professionalism she was able to make each person feel like their experience was important to her.Sometimes in 2022 service has slipped, I want to make sure that you don't think my comments are based on a good server compared to the decline. My comments are based on wanting to give someone 100% tip.While I was writing this, her interactions with a coworker, made me want to include it. A natural normal work conversation, but she included compliments with enthusiasm.If you are ever near Red Deer, I would recommend stopping by to see Serena. I promise she will renew your faith in humanity like she did to mine.
Drinks were great, food was not. Was excited to try out their gluten free vegan food. Server wasn't knowledgeable on menu items.When food was brought out they said here's the "vegan gluten free xx" and proceeded to place gluten/cheese/chicken/bacon infront of us.We won't be coming back.
Well the service was great and the food was excellent! My only reason for not giving full stars was all the ice and cups had floaties in it. Two waters and four cokes. All floaties lol and the reason for three stars is we still had to pay for the cokes after stating all the cups had stuff in them. Again food and service was top notch but the drinks made me question.
Absolute BEST food AND BEST most delicious gluten free choices in all of Red Deer. We may move in ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Used to love this place, not sure what happened. It was busy which is understandable for wing night but the service we received Tuesday night was far from acceptable. First, one of our friends ordered a water and a beer on tap. We received one club soda. We told the waiter about the mixup but he never returned with either drinks. After waiting 30 mins for our food (which was barely warm by the way) our waiter put two different kinds of wings on our table without telling us the flavours, neither of which turned out to be what we ordered. We also had to remind the waiter again of the beer my friend had ordered, and he finally returned but with a different beer, stating that they were out of the kind we had ordered instead of asking what we would like for a replacement. Thankfully the other waitress was very kind and listened to us when we asked for our correct order and our missing water. Afterwards, we alerted our waiter that we were ready to order again TWICE and he never came back, not to mention we never received any napkins or plates or anything for our first order of wings. It was at this point we decided to leave without placing a second order as it had already been over an hour with terrible service. We will not be dining here again.
Service was good, but when getting my food order there were lots of mistakes along with my take out order. For example I asked for no pickles, and there were pickles. I asked for dill dip, got no dill dip. Along with the food not being hot. Been going here for a while not sure why they can’t figure it out. Seems when they get to many groups they can’t handle it in the kitchen.
We reserved a table for our friends permanent Canadian residency, our server Bree (hope I spelled it correctly ?) was absolutely phenomenal. Our one friend has a hearing service dog, she was treated with respect and Bree even asked if she would need water ❤️ our drinks and food were timely and delicious! Thank you for making this night so special!

Ordered the Haddock Stack, (beer battered haddock, brioche bun, american cheese,lettuce, tomato, pickle, tartar sauce + 2 sides.So freaking yummy! The huge piece of fish was piping hot, soft and crispy crust. The tartar sauce tasted homemade not out of a can.The French fries were hot and crispy as well.Will definitely be ordering food again.$30.00 with tip, worth it! ?
