Called from out of town looking for product that couldn’t be supplied by my local store. Tina provided the most excellent customer service over the phone, and two days later when I drove in, my product was waiting for me when I walked in! So happy with the sales and service. Thank you!
I came in here today to inquire about Red Raspberry Tea, nobody acknowledged me whatsoever, I had to say hello. The older lady was super rude and just pointed to where the tea was kept. Its hard to support local/ small businesses when the service is just terrible. A "hello , can I help you with anything " would have made a HUGE difference.
Prices marked on the bulk candy chutes are listed in 100 gram amounts.Prices when you get to the checkout are charged by the kilogram.So what you thought you would pay when they are listed at a sale price at 100 gram lots are full price in Kilograms at the checkout.I phoned back and talked to the store manager. She said she had told the owners about this and they have done nothing.So, unless you like to have the old ' bait and switch' pulled on you at the checkout, Going in here is a big rip off.
Was met with hostility and a refusal of service by staff because of a mask exemption. Overall it was a horrible experience here and I would not recommend anyone support a business that is not accommodating for a diversity of customer needs. I would also recommend staff de escalation training as immediately staff became defensive with me and I had multiple staff jump down my throat as I attempted to remain calm in my explanations. Finally a supervisor was able to talk to me and it was a better conversation, but still overall a poor experience.

My foot will NEVER EVER step at that store or any other of your locations, and trust me, I am among HUNDREDS of people feeling the same! SHAME on you; sending around emails to people that you no longer honour medical exemption??? WOW! Just 2 weeks agoI was at your store, getting my health food and remedies, as a lung cancer survivor (you should know better you are HEALTH store), and NO issues, just few days later, you kept sending this emails to let customers know that people with disabilities are NOT welcome anymore to your store, medical exempts like myself???You are NOT the only "health" store, actually you don't care about people's health; and I am so glad I am DONE with you, you have no idea!And I hope more people will boycott you, and you close your doors for good! And Karma is real, I have no doubt it will get you, all of you .....PS PUREARTH here in Red Deer is great, I posted about you all over media, and about this health store as well, and people are switching going there and to other stores , being disgusted by your actions!
