The burgers were great, the Cascade salad was fantastic and the pasta was surprisingly good. Our server was friendly and very efficient. All in all, our Fathers' Day lunch was a hit!
My Wife, Dad and I stopped in for dinner last night, and it was fairly disappointing. Rib eye steak dip - beef was over cooked, and horseradish aioli (I love horseradish aioli) tasted like just straight up horseradish spread on a bun, maybe look at the recipe?My wife's quesadilla - Didn't even look like it had been grilled on a flat top or anything, chicken was extremely dry.My dads comments on his burger were - not the greatest, but not the worst, so there's that.We also waited for 40 minutes for food, and it was not busy (maybe five tables)Sorry Mr Mikes, you can do better.
The power went out just after we ordered, then the waitress gave us the bums rush out so they could close.
My grandsons and I love going to Mr Mikes. The only thing is the food needs to be hotter when it gets to the table.
Honestly, I am usually excited to eat at Mr. Mikes. However my visit today was extremely disappointing as i ordered the ..Sizzling Serloin Bites...when they came out, they were more like dry sirloin bites..at best! Total faulse advertising and extremely disappointing ? when expecting SIZZLE as advertised on the menu..and they come out battered n deep fried. I guess i got fooled n paid roughly 17.00 for battered deep fried ? !!!!! Should change the menu from sizzle to dry bites.
Service was indifferent, salmon was OK but overdone, had 2 moldy cherry tomatoes on salad, menu described meal as including avocado but there was only a tiny trace of it. Was offered $10 gift card in compensation which is not helpful as will not be going back.
The food was ok, our steaks were delicious the seasonal vegetables were bad., and my poutine was ice cold. The server expressed embarrassment for even having to serve the vegetables. . My drink was empty most of the service. Lots of things arrives out of order of late, requiring us reminding the wait staff of our missing items. The Wait staff was friendly and apologetic.

I came in with a party of 12 for my mothers birthday and my server was Liberty. She was absolutely amazing and attentive. She was so happy and had a smile on her face everytime she came to the table! She was great taking orders and making sure she didn't miss 1 person! She is such a great waitress and I would most definitely go back again knowing that she would be my waitress! Keep up the great work Liberty! You can tell you love your job for sure!
The service was outstanding! I would say the best service I’ve had in years. My food was great too! Loved the atmosphere
