Great frozen yogurt. Got to sample lots of flavour and the man working was very nice.
The two girls working tonight on July 1st were rude and disrespectful. I have always been a believer in tipping minimum 20% but it seems odd to tip at menchies when you basically serve yourself. Upon hitting the non tip option these girls started laughing and whispering to one another. Some people can't afford to go out and tip on ice cream. These girls need to respect that and be more professional. If they want gratuity they can go serve in a restaurant and work for it. Not looking for any compensation just wanted to let management know as this made a happy family experience not an enjoyable one.

Ordered a cake a week in advance. Was very clear I'm diabetic so no icing or anything like that. Instead of my low sugar cake I ended up with some oreo thing that spent 40$ on and I count eat so it went in the trash. It was a simple order and it was bungled so bad that a disbeperson couldn't even eat it.
Love this place. I always get the original tart frozen yogurt with strawberry sauce and peanut butter sauce. Will be a very sad day for me when they don't have the original tart anymore.

Menchie’s in Southpointe common is always clean and well stocked. Only complaint is when I showed up 20 min before they were closed they were out of fresh fruit. ( But I don’t hold against them as they were almost closed) I really wanted blueberry and strawberry in my frozen yogurt. Also the rewards system was down.
this place is amazing they are like barely more expensive than other ice cream chains but the Frozen yogurt is worth it i reccomend the popping bobas
