Worst experience ever! Woman up at front counter on July 15th, 2:50pm should not be in customer service. Had to ask for soft drinks, she told me to get them myself.. which was fine except I had no cups to put them in. She slammed the cups on the counter and my husband asked if they were larges as per our order. She snatched them, threw them in the garbage and smacked the large cups down on the counter. Got to the car, took food out, she gave a milk rather than the chocolate milk I paid extra for, so of course again I took it back, apologized myself for them messing up the order, she checked the receipt, grabbed the milk, threw and I mean a wind up throw in the garbage, I said thank you and there wasn’t a boo let alone a smile from her. Horrible! I felt she hated her job and was taking it out on me. I also had only nine nuggets in my 10pc meal, but just kept that to myself and sucked it up rather than dealing with her again. McDonalds, you can do better than this! Lady working, I really hope your day gets better.
Nobody ahead of me in the drive thru, two people behind me. 5 min without being acknowledged by staff so I just left and went somewhere else. Staff must be too interested in playing with kids meal toys.
So MDonalds came out again this year with the Grand Mac. We ordered 2 with tomatoes extra. It makes it taste like an old big extra with Mac sauce. 2 large cokes and we were through the drive through quite quickly. Don't drive and eat this burger. It's large and requires 2 hands should you end up with lettuce and sauce all over the place. Good burger, but I do wish there were other sauce options. PH and we added bacon to both burgers. Tastes great. Staff were helpfull and pleasant to deal with.
i pulled into a fully empty drive thru, no other vehicles, ended up waiting for a couple minutes before another vehicle pulled up in the other lane. their order was taken promptly, then i had to say hello loudly before they responded with a what would you like. the young guy never asked me if i was collecting the rewards. after i placed my order he didn't read it back to me which is policy, all he said is come to the window not specifying which one. i asked him to delete my order so i can get my points and he just handed me the machine and said he can't do that.i mentioned this to the person at the second window and his exact words were" it's your job to tell us you want points".i know for a fact that is completely wrong and not mcdonald's policy.not impressed. a manager come by and asked if they was a problem i said yes, while the young man said no and then closed the window
Ordered a mcgriddle 5am to start my 8 hour drive to work. Gave me food poisoning I was sick for 3 days and crapped my pants a mile from my destination. I called to let them know and they offered me a free coffee. Where's my saxx underwear man! Stuff ain't cheep
Was told to go to kiosk to order. Kiosk didn't work after trying many times. Went back up, noticed other customers were told to go to kiosk. Also noticed one worker was trying to help but was told off by, I'm guessing the manager, to tell people to go to kiosk. Lazy and rude
We keep on trying to order drinks here to give a chance and benefit of a doubt but most often than none, there is something wrong with our drink orders. There has been a few times where our hot drinks were only 3/4 full. And was a times where our mocha drink was more like milk.
The older female manager is very rude to customers trying to ask for help and also to the courier drivers when they are just politely trying to give them their order number.The way she acts as a manager is quite unprofessional and makes it an uncomfortable experience when she is also rude to the employees.
Honestly,I have been running into this issue so often with you guys... I asked for a egg blt mcmuffin, was asked serval times to repeat myself as I had asked to have Sausage instead of bacon... after confirming my order I believe 2x I get a egg blt mcmuffin with egg and more egg and um... no sausage. Since this is like the 7th time... I no longer wish to deal with you guys or the brand... Yes, I understand mistakes happen, but when you confirm the order 2x then this shouldnt be occuring as often as it does.
Its almost like they have 1 employee to run the whole front of house and back of house after 9pm I came at midnight to get 1 meal and boy did it take far to long it takes about 4.30 to fry the mchickens and about 20 extra minutes to bag it up ? they be stressing out everytime too. Maybe they need an extra employee and maybe up the labour projection for the nights cuz I wont be coming back unless its between 3pm and 5pm.
