Constantly missing extra stuff that I order. Extra cheese, extra toy for other child, extra hash brown. They charge you but don't give it to you. It only goes as far as the person who doesn't speak English taking order! Called in to complain and am offered just another hash brown or a slice of cheese instead of another meal like the rest of the McDonald's.It's sad they take our restaurants and ruin them. Very lazy disregarding employees. Should be selling carpets not food.

I neglected to check my bag before leaving the window, but when I got home, I was very annoyed that they had messed up my order once again, as my breakfast burrito was missing fr for 2. The receipt wasn’t given to me, but the order number was on my coffee.I’m reeeeeaaaallllly sick of this issue, and this is one of the worst locations for it, so I google their number and I begin phoning to complain and arrange a remedy for the situation.Well, I called and it rang. And rang. Until until it stopped ringing and I hung up and tried again. This happened five times in a row before they turned on the fax machine. And it was NOT their fax number! They were deliberately ignoring customer calls to the phone number listed on Google!!Terrible customer service, not to mention rude, if you ask me!!

The chicken waffle is by far the most intellectual disappointment, I took one bite and it reminded me of how horrible my childhood was. I hope your corporation reads this and realizes they should stop hating the human race by feeding them absolute trash. I wouldn't even let my dog look at this because I couldn't handle seeing the dissatisfaction in his own eyes. Do better.

Review updated. Took away the Angus burger, employees didn't know how to suggest a replacement, poor customer service, I had to yell to be heard through their drive-thru, the lady got my order wrong 3 times, and when I was 3 blocks away I didn't realize they had gotten my fries out of the fridge. Oh, well can't be helped when people do not care about customer service anymore ?. Opened the box and found the burger sloppily made, like "I don't care, we don't need customers." You are right McDonald's doesn't need customers they need employees!!

Please hire more evening staff! The wait times at night are terrible. During the day, the service has been great but I've been waiting in line so long now, if I was in a truck I'd drive off the side and away. This isn't the first time I've had to wait abysmal times at night either. :( Please fix this! The cars are lined up behind the speaker box now, and I haven't moved in over 15 minutes. :(Food is fresh, service is friendly, wait times blow.

The best thing I buy here is the wraps, but it’s up to luck if the person making it doesn’t pour it all at the bottom. Consistently they also manage to charge for upsizing drinks and fries to large, and giving mediums, and will never give you a receipt when that happens.

Had to wait over 15 mins in the drive thru parking and ended up going inside to pick up our food. When we got it, we got brown lettuce in the chicken burgerb and a terrible chicken Cesar wrap that was literally rolled into a ball and fell apart when the package opened. The chicken was rock hard and not chewable.COME ON MCDONALD'S!!!!! YOU ARE A MULTI BILLION DOLLAR ESTABLISHMENT. MAKE BETTER FOOD.And this location is terrible!

When you order a burger that is suppose to come with a full slice of cheese and you barely get a 1 inch square piece. Multi million dollar company and they're trying to save money on cheese, really! This store is very rarely correct and food is always cold as soon as you get it! I give zero stars if I could!

Honestly, 1 star is generous. Every time it’s something different; stale fries, the completely wrong drink, or cold food. This place is seriously not being managed properly if orders are consistently wrong. As a former fast food employee, I understand mistakes happen here and there, but it’s not difficult at all to get an order right, and there is no excuse for it to be messed up every single time! Train your staff better!!

It is your basic MacDonald's but this one remembered everything I order and threw in a few extra burgers? No sure y. What I don't understand is why they say they are open 24 hours a day because for an hour every single day between 3am to 4 am their ahold system does a reboot and u cannot order anything. It's really frustrating..
