The Service is horrible can tell they dont want to be there i dont k ow how the people there last they are so rude and ignorant eight upto amd including the managers dont waste your time or money!
Service is terrible in this place. Second weekend in a row that I have gone there and they just can't seem to get an order right, but they sure don't have an issue charging you for what you didn't get. No one will answer the phone either when you call to let them know. Worst McDonald's in red deer.
Very rude employees! And make sure you say credit/debit for pre-paid gift cards instead of gift card, otherwise they will charge you again and they won’t do refunds on a gift card!
Very slow service at this McDonald’s and ordered a bagel from here that was rock hard. They need to step up and do something about this.

Ordered from their app, took over 15 minutes to get order. Order was completely wrong. Too much time spent looking after drive thru customers!!!!!
