It seems like this place always has issues. They miss food items, mess up orders, and take forever to make your meal. The reason I’m writing this review in particular though is because twice now I have gotten the strawberry fruitopia because it’s dollar drinks days and I’m thirsty after work. Both times however I’ve gotten home and the drinks are just water. This happened more than a week apart. Meaning I’m surely not the only one this happened to and they definitely aren’t keeping track of when their drinks need to be changed.
My son fell and hurt his belly and wrist trying to enter the store. The bricks at the front of the store have sunk 2.5 -3 inches and have left a dangerous unmarked tripi g hazard.To quote my 3 year old son "why they make a trap and hurt me. I'm not a bad guy I'm a good guy. That's not nice of them"Great service team and clean location just a bad experience with the front door
Been to hundreds of mcdonalds throughout North America, and this is by far the worst one. Terrible service(almost always get the order wrong). Go through the drive thru with not a soul in line behind you, and you’ll have to park in the waiting stalls (if that spot is available). Wait for at least 5 minutes for a Big Mac meal with no one in line, and no one inside the restaurant. Live within a 2 minute drive and this has been my experience there 75% of the time with at least 100 visits in the last couple years. Pathetic really
Brutal Brutal Brutal. I don't know how this mcdonalds can even stay open. This is what I got for fries today after waiting 18 mins in their very slow drive thru. And still jot receiving my full meal that I paid for. This is unexceptable, I think we all should start boycotting them. Honestly half the menu wasn't avaible, zombie like staff, all around just a terrible experience I wish I could give zeros. Sad thing is this place use to be one of the best!!!!
Over the past year, we have had numerous missed items and allergy-related missed instructions. Wait times have been over an our on numerous occasions. Things were improving slightly, but again, my 6 assorted muffins were missed through the uber eats order this morning. I have called 6 times since getting the order 40 mins ago and still no answer.
No care given. I get there’s a work shortage but jeeez. Just went there, it’s crazy busy in the drive through. Everything is running smooth till I pull up. They take the other lanes order, all good ….. they take the other lanes order again, and again, and again. I pull up to the window and ask what’s going on …. Kid says I dunno I just take payment. So I ask for someone to take my order…. “Umm sorry you’ll have to drive back around” cool the line up is well into the grocery store parking lot backed up like crazy. No thanks. While my cholesterol levels appreciate it my stomach is more then aggravated.
Katelyn. Katelyn. Katelyn. A beautiful name to hear. Went through the drive through and this kind young lady was on first window she gave me some amazing advice I never thought I’d hear, let alone from a McDonald’s's! She was truly inspiring and my visit, thanks to her, was undeniably life changing. The way she suggested that I upsize to a large fry instead of a medium really made my day and I will for sure be upsizing from now on, thanks to this pretty little ginger!Signing off-Taylor
If I could give the easthill McDonald’s team more than 5 stars I would, the workers are so friendly and have an amazing sense of humour. The star of the team is definitely Brooke however, this absolute gem did the most outstanding job making my coffee and I have to say it was the most yummylicous thing I’ve ever tasted from McDonald’s. She also did an exceptional job while making the most delicious, scrumptious, mouthwatering poutine to ever come out of that building. I have to say I’m definitely a fan and this dazzling, extraordinary, beguiling young woman and she truly completes the McDonald’s experience. Are you kidding me?!! She’s the full package, I would eat her over a Big Mac meal any day! Not sure how much they’re paying her but it’s not enough, they need to give this shining star a raise!
Went through the drive thru and they gave me a poutine instead of the medium fries I ordered and they gave me fruitopia instead of ice tea and even the fruitopia was water and old like train your workers properly
Food was cold, they forgot items and decided to just throw in 15 straws. Hopefully it was just a busy rush and not the norm. I didn't confront them about the missing items. So the huge amount of straws was a really random surprise ?. Anyway I'd recommend going to a different McDonald's
