The service was fine in the drive thru but our beverage tasted awful..very chemical. In fairness we did not return to the restaurant, so I can not speak to how they would have handled our complaint.
What a half attempt by the manager to fix a problem. Five days a week I'm in drive through love the coffee. Going through as much as I do there's bound to be mistakes and I'm ok with that but 2 days in a round they mess up until my coffee and on day 2 since the manager is handing my coffee I nicely point out the mistake and ask it be corrected. He says " how about I give you the cream and sweetener on the side and you fix the mistake yourself. You just need to add stuff" I said can't you. He then adds the extra cream and sweetener that it's missing doesn't stir it and hands it back and says " there no more mistake have a good day" guess it's time to try tummies again
Have been there multiple times and have gotten my order wrong every single time ranging from getting the wrong items to just not getting everything I ordered. Not messing up orders is one of the lowest bars there is for food service places after basic cleanliness and not adulterating the food. It shouldn't be a high expectation to check the order before sending it out and clearing the bill but apparently here it is.
Drive thru is usually quite quick, cashiers do not know how to count back your cash, but this seems to be a trend, now that computers do all the thinking. The bathrooms are usually dirty.Coffee is ?
Placed an order for the front counter pick up using the McDonald's app. Waited almost 20 minutes because I saw the staff were very busy. When I finally went to ask about it the staff had assumed it was curbside (clearly stated front counter on the app) and acted like it was my fault for not complaining earlier. Food was completely cold. I understand they are busy, but a " sorry for the mistake" would have been nice.
As most of you, I have enjoyed a McDonalds meal since a young child in the 70's. My only complaint is how the burgers and drinks have gotten smaller yet the prices have gotten a considerable amount higher.. I as most do understand inflation. But, the product is not suppose to shrink due to the value raising.,. If cost must grow than the product must stay the same to accomodate the raise in cost. If the product must shrink to stay the cost the same, that, I would understand... Having a good meal that is well worth the price is accepting. But having a meal that is not well worth the price is disappointing. I say the price of the meal should darn well match the size.. And I guess I have 2 complaints. The second being how, "The Customer Is Always Right." Mind set in the restaurant business is not held up in these days. How even some of the Managers District and individual, are mistreating some patrons. On only the assumption die to there appearence. This should not ever happen. The concern is not of anyone persons opinion of another that has currency to spend. And should ALWAYS be treated with the utmost respect and curtoucy for the entire time being treated with welcomed smiles and respect.
I don't understand how McDonald's can get so many orders wrong!? My bf went there just now and only received one of the 2 meals he ordered! Really need to double check your orders when handing them to customers and repeat their order to make sure its CORRECT!!!!!
The service was awful. The worst McDonald's I have been in. When, after a 10 minute wait, we were served there was no greeting, no apology for the wait and no dialogue at all except for the total. The kitchen was full of staff working on the drivethrough and rail but no one was attending the dining room at all. While we waited, 15 minutes, for our order I witnessed 3 other orders come back due to errors and 1 person who had been waiting for 10 minutes for his drive through order to be brought out to the parking lot. The food was hot and up to the expected standard but the service was definitely not.
More times and not my orders are not right. They usually have one or more items that I want not available. And I've asked you preorder things like muffins that they cook later on and pay for them ahead of time which has been done for me multiple times and appreciated of course and then one night I get a snotty little girl on the dress shoes that said no they don't do that and they said yeah I think you do because I've done it before I'm willing to pay for it first. And she says no we don't do that it's edible can you ask your manager? She didn't have time to ask you met her manager she just said no. I said well can I have your name and your manager's name and she paused, she said no I don't have to give out that information. And I said that's okay I can read the clock until what time it is so have a great night and that was it but that's only like one visit. Every visit I have something wrong with my order if I don't check the order they mess up something so maybe they should work on training their staff little better
I placed an order today for lunch as a treat for my kids. They completely messed up our order. We had more drinks than food and what food we did get wasn’t even our order. I was charged for items that did not come in our order. When I called the store to complain the manager on shift could careless that our order was mixed up. This isn’t the first time this restaurant has done this. I gave it a 2nd chance today and without fail they did it again!!!! Your staff need to be trained properly in how to bag orders
