Late night meals are tough, but deliver bad service makes it worse. Food quality was expected low based on the service. Too bad, because the menu looked awesome! Seemed like the employees are not happy to be there. Would not recommend this location. Other McDs have been just fine.

I was in the drive tru waiting for my mcflurry and the cashier said i have to wait in the parking area. 5mins waiting nobody came. I went inside one staff said the ice cream machine is broken and i told them nobody informed us. And then the filipina leader she said that mcflurry machine is working and the filipina said nobody told her about my mcflurry and it just siting down in the corner.if your the leader you should know whats hapening coz she was on the drive tru.theres lot of staff in there but nobody cared. Everytime i go to this placed they always sucked up our orders. Worst service mcdonalds in goldenwest red deer.....
Ordered on skip. After waiting 1.5 hours they called to tell me half the order I already paid for is unavailable and I’ll have to substitute it with something I don’t want. Basically I ended up paying $18 for 2 cheeseburgers. What a joke.
Staff is very rude. They don't even know how to treat their customers. I order a pickup when I go there to pickup the manager talked to me soo rudely. Staff as well as the manager don't know how to talk to their customers politely. They have a very very upper level attitude. They are like they are the owner of the store. We pay for the food we don't take the food for free and they treat us like they are giving us food for free. Like what the heck man. Learn some manners and learn how to treat your customers Mcdonald's staff and manager. At every store customer satisfaction is must. Whenever I go to Mcdonald's they always treat badly.
Non-existent service. If I could give zero stars I would. They had both lanes open for drive thru but apparently only serving on one side. Counted 6 vehicles go through other side before asking person ahead of me if they'd been served and they answered no. Backed out and went inside to talk to someone and waited at the till for a couple min and no one approached to take my order. Left to spend my money elsewhere and WILL NOT be returning to this McDonald's. Second time I've received little to no service at this location.
Horrible customer service. Their kiosks to order at were showing an error after you pay and don't give you a receipt. When brought up to management I was shrugged off like it doesn't matter.The order number screen also wasn't turned on and again I was ignored when I let them know.Absolutely rude service. Food was luke warm as well.Save your money and go somewhere else.
Mini doughnuts not great. My friend said the double chocolate was really sweet and i tried the apple fritter one and no apples in it nor was there any apple flavor
This literally has to be one of the worst McDonalds I've ever eaten at. Everything I eat here I vow never to do it again because it's so bad then a few months later forget and am instantly reminded when I bite into my first burger.The food tastes like it's sat in the back of a fridge for a week and then put out under a light for 2 hours before I get it every time. No other McDonalds is consistently this terrible.Figure your stuff out. This is bad.
Be very aware when going here. They screw every order up. Can’t understand English and are high as kites when you go there(this in not an embellishment or joke at all, seriously wasted while working). It’s an absolute joke this place. 30 years of enjoying McDonald’s and now is enough. There’s so many good local burger joints in red deer, highly recommend checking them out over the fast food service industry in red deer. From now on I’ll pay more and wait longer just to know what I’m about to eat is done properly and with care. This location should be shut down for lack of quality and sanitary reasons. Places handling food should not have people inebriated while working, could cause someone some serious pain. I have contacted AHS in regards to this place of business.
