Edit #1: 3 stars to 1. Went here again today, ordered the 13 piece feist Split(half n half) with Large taters, Med fries. What I got was mostly mild chicken (4spicy and rest mild) Large Fries and another Medium fries. This is the 3rd time this has happened where I've asked for Split, I've either gotten all mild or mostly mild. I called to let them know, the lady tells me "for split, we always put 4 spicy and rest mild". That doesn't even make sense. I'm getting excuses, granted she did apologize but she constantly talks over you and sounds rude tbh. This happens too much here. I order from here a lot and they don't seems to care too much about consistency and quality. I also paid $50, which is not cheap. I think they just need better training.**Original Review** The food is good, chicken pieces are small though. Customer service could really be better. Last time I went, the lady out front was telling everyone there will be a wait for the pieces while we were the first ones in line. We ordered the 13 piece feist, she tells the person behind us who ordered 4 pieces that they would get extra 2 pieces and said nothing to us. So strange, as we were the first in line and order much more food.
Was told everything was in the bag showed receipt. Got home missing a order. Called they said it would be delivered in 30. 1.5 hours later I called and they said. Oh sorry to busy to deliver they wrote my name in a book and said I can get my order whenever I want to drive and get it.
Excellnt deal on Monday. Big crunch type sandwich for 4.99. Very tasty. Fast service, far better deal than KFC.
Dear mary browns. I dont appreciate your staff hitting on my husband an writting little notes on the recipe saying "made with love come see me again soon "with a winky face. Very unprofessional. Being polite is one thing, but that's no appropriate.
The staff are absolutely amazing! Super kind and helpful the food is always hot and fresh when served! There dessert selection is my guilty pleasure 100% recommend this place! ❤️
We got a family(13 piece) special. the place was recommended from one of my co-workers. I work near a Popeye's and KFC but was willing to drive an extra bit to get a little something more special on my way home. The food 'ok' it wasn't worth going out of my way to get it. It was disappointing to see the 'spicy' chicken was just something they shook on top of the breading(at least that is what it seemed, it didn't have it's own marinade to make it special). also, for the price that was charged, there seemed to be a lot of wings compared to the thighs and breast meat. We recieved 4 wings and one thigh. We weren't blown away with the food.
The food was fresh and decently priced. Lots of food for the family and leftovers for later on. I would like if they had a bigger option in their kids meals found they were a little small but the kids still enjoyed it.
Rude customer service. About 5:30pm. Ordered 2 chicken burgers. One spicy , one original. Got one. Then informed the Employee that I only got one. Her response in a snappy voice "you're supposed to look at the screen after you order!!" I said " okay , well you don't have to be so rude about it". So I ordered my boyfriends spicy burger & waited. Got his burger after 2 minutes. She tried to put his burger into the bag i said "no thanks. I got it". Didn't get no apology for the rude service or nothing. I was pretty shocked about her attitude towards me specifically.I understand that Mary browns get busy but there's no reason for rude behavior towards customers.
I was at this location recently and both witnessed and received some of the poorest customer service ever. A customer from skip the dishes had been waiting over 22 minutes, which she did mention before receiving her order. When I ordered my food the cashier was rude, didn't listen to what I was saying, she was talking over me constantly. She acted totally annoyed by my presence. As I was waiting, another customer came in and asked for the Frosted freeze meal, which apparently they weren't offering due to supplier shortage. Instead of letting the customer know there was a shortage she gave him a totally annoyed look and pointed at a note on the counter simply said "umm" as she rolled her eyes. He then mentioned he had driven all the way down there after trying repeatedly for a half an hour to call without an answer. She replied our phone is charging it doesn't ring when it's charging. I told her how ride she was, and so did the other customers. At no point did she try to make it right. I'll likely have to drive to Sylvan Lake if I want Mary Browns again as I won't return to that one.
Placed an order for the 18 piece family meal, was on phone when order was completed, but I asked is everything here and answer was yes. Drove 20 minutes home to open the bags and no salads or tatters and gravy. I call and am told sorry come back, I was sorry not happening so they offered to put the missing items on next order and I would get a 15% discount next order, 3 weeks pass and i go in, after 10 minutes trying to find my claim she says ok we will give you the missing items, what else would you like, so I ordered the same 18 piece $64.99 Feast, and I always get a few extra pieces of white meat. First was an argument that you can't change, I state look at my last order that was messed up, I will pay the bit extra, after 5 min of back to back she says that will be $99.00, after the 15% discount, she then states that's the amount with the change, I stated it was wrong and if that's the case I would just add a 9 piece chicken and she stated I couldn't do that. So long story short after 20 minutes I walked out and said keep your chicken and our bi-weekly staff lunch will never order again, and my family meals that this was also. I have never dealt with such a rude lady and Mary Browns will never get a penny from me again....
