Took my family including toddler here. I found the two staff members extremely rude and short not only to us, but I observed this behavior towards other customers in line.Ice cream is pretty good, but wouldn't give my business here again based on service
Overpriced and not friendly staff, you can't even see all flavors before ordering and they getting mad. Second time for this season and same situation last time for sure.

We love this place! So quaint and, the staff are always very friendly. The selection of ice cream and sorbet is wonderful and, delicious. It's a great place. Reminder that, due to long lines, they only accept cash and, no ATM on site.
Everything I wanted to say is (almost) already said by Veronika Kiryanova. (And no, she is not a friend of mine). Ice cream here is expensive but cheap quality -- hard and oily tasting. As you must have already noticed in many reviews posted here, they only accept cash (stuck in the 70's I guess), so if you don't have enough cash, don't stand in line as it will be time wasted.The worst part about this establishment however, is their staff...young (kids from junior high school), inexperienced, clueless and lacking in professionalism and manners. The taller one of the gals (also probably the oldest) acts like a snobby b¡7©h and makes you wonder why she is even there.So basically, miserable young women selling subpar "ice cream". Their only saving grace is that there is no other competition in town. So if you are thinking of opening up an ice cream shop in Red Deer, there's a business opportunity. ???
The best icecream! I highly recommend the ginger icecream. 1/2 scoop serving is very filling. Definitely a top spot!
Great little ice cream Cafe. Lots of flavors to choose from. Ok prices.Down fall would be only takes cash.
Excellent ice cream. I do travel a lot and I think this one is one of the best in Canada on pair with Laiterie de Coaticook in Québec.
