Chicken was ok. The skin separates from the chicken so there are chunks of plain chicken. But the saddest moment for us was when the bag our chicken was packed in ripped and dumped out 1 of our 3 buckets of 18pcs. The employees saw what happened and checked with her supervisor who informed us that unfortunately because the bag ripped after they handed it to us they could do nothing. Understandable, I guess, but it was disappointing.
Food could be a better quality. The drive thru isn't big enough for larger trucks...I rubbed the curb and had to adjust.
I was told to drive forward because their time is going up! Lol I was checking if my order was accurate and there was no car behind me. Who says things like that. Got home with old, disgusting chicken and fries. I will never go back to this location.
If I could give this store location a BIG FAT ZERO STARTS I would. There has NEVER ever been a time where I ever ordered something from this store and they got the order right or didn't forget to include two or three items that complete the order. What a horrible horrible experience everytime I come here. Everytime I have to get someone else's order or get my order but some things are missing from it. It's just terrible. Just stay closed if you don't know how to at least once in a while AT LEAST get things right. Not asking for much but at least once in a while. Coz really you NEVER GET my order right EVER.
Order was taken fast and food not far behind . i would prefer over other chicken resturants
Got the family bucket. Chicken was missing chunks out of pieces. Some pieces were skinless. Fries were at least an hour old when we got them.First time back at KFC after 10 years. Originally stopped going there because everyone else had better Chicken. Will never go to KFC again.This chain needs go by the way of the dodo bird.
I am from the States and the KFC's have so much more to offer. I.E. extra crispy chicken all the time not like Canada they bring out every once in a while. States has alot of choices on the sides and bisquits always come with all orders of chicken. I don't care for the original chicken if offered extra crispy I would be buying alot more of KFC.
I ordered a popcorn chicken poutine. I had to say it 3 times. He finally repeated it to me correctly, yet it still had absolutely no chicken on it. We also order 2 potato bowls. The bowls were pretty empty. Hardly any potato's in it. I’ve ordered this many times, and this was much smaller than my previous ones. The dining area was closed. The drive-through was not busy (Only one car in front of us), and it took about 15 minutes to receive our food. AND THE FOOD WAS COLD! You would think the food would be fresh and warm after waiting that long!
Service was okay but the food was sub par. If I didn't live out of town I would've brought it back. Asked for a 4pc combo with an extra drumstick and got zero drumsticks. The fries were on the verge of inedible. Chicken seemed old. Poutine was bland. I think I'll try a different place for chicken next time.
My son picked up KFC in Red deer and spent almost $70 on it for the whole family and the next day we were all so sick and it has been day three for my husband and day two for my son and I.....I truly believe we got food poisoning we are so sick it's coming out both ends not going to lie and the pain in our stomachs are brutal.....the only one that did not get sick is my daughter because she did not have any......I am so disappointed
