Enjoyed it very much. We had 3 piece fish meal. It was delicious. Totally recommend.
We've ordered halibut fish and chips for takeout multiple times and we were happy with the meal, tonight I'm questioning the halibut, was mushy and tasteless. Fish was more like poor sole and I've certainly had lots of both. Hope their supplier of Halibut has better quality than what we got.
Ate there about 2 weeks ago and was very disappointed . Fish was ok but chips were terrible . old and reheated and many small bits of potato .When I mentioned this to the server after my meal ( my mistake -should have spoke up when served) she said I should have mentioned it earlier .Place was not busy at all and the server should have seen the bad quality of chips and got the cook to replace chips before serving it to us -it was very obvious . For the price not very good quality and won't go back.
Went back last night for all you can eat Tuesday, it was great service and fast. A++++
My favourite place to eat anytime I am in red deer. Food is amazing, always made fresh. Portion are good sized, leave full and happy. Service for dine-in or take out is always friendly and fast. Restaurant is always clean from the floors to the bathrooms. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough.
I've always enjoyed Joey's seafood restaurants. I can say you always get good fish and chips there. I can't say anything for the other food as I'm not a big seafood person but the fish and chips get a two thumbs up.
Ordered take-out. Out of all 5 appetizers only 1 was NOT done in the microwave. Watery shrimp and dry salmon. Guess I expected more pride to go into the food.
This was our first time ordering from Joey's and it was delicious! We will definitely be ordering again.
