DELICIOUS! We had a yummy meal here. Calamari was buttery and smooth and not rubbery.Pizza was fantastic. The setting was classy. The service was good. And if you come with daddy Warbucks the price will not hurt very much. But I tell you, it was worth it. Eat here!
Stopped in for lunch on Friday with a friend. We both ordered the steak sandwich. One with fries and one with the house salad. Everything was delicious and the steak was cooked to perfection! All the staff are super friendly and our food came out on time! Chef Thomas even stopped at our table to check up on us and if our food was too our liking! The place is absolutely beautiful! Definitely recommend this place to everyone. You will not be disappointed!
Delicious pizzas.I recommend the calamari’s. So juicy.Amazing staff and a dedicated Chef leading in the back.My only con is the cooking time needs to improve. Once that picks up I will be happy to give it Forno 5 stars.
We just had a great evening at Forno. The food was excellent and the service amazing. Our server Shyan was so sweet, prompt and full of great energy. The vibe in this restaurant is really cool. It’s nice to have a few screens but they don’t take over the place. The chef even popped by our table to check in, a classy gesture indeed. Thanks for a fun time great food. We are just moving to Alberta from the East and felt especially welcomed.
I can't recommend Forno enough. From start to finish, the experience was incredible. The atmosphere is both casual and romantic. The food is delicious and the service is better than anything I've ever experienced in Red Deer. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the building itself, the staff all looked happy to be there, and the chef came to check on our meals twice throughout the evening, just to make sure we were well taken care of. Thank you to to entire Forno team for an unforgettable dining experience. We'll absolutely be back and recommending you to everyone.
Went with my wife for valentine's day. The special menu was amazing. Great atmosphere, the place was packed and we still got food and drinks in a timely manner. And the roses in the men's room were a nice touch.There's also wood fire pizza oven, so we have to go again to try the pizza!
I contacted the restaurant, and never heard back.Two of Us ordered the il Fungo pizza, one GF.The left photo is the GF.No Arugula or balsamic reductionNo toppings after cheeseIt was a 40+ minute wait. I didn’t want to have to return and wait anymore, so I ate what I could.for a $21 pizza, I would have expected more.This will not be a place to try or recommend when we are in town next time

Our first time at Forno last night. Stylish. Great service ... the chef, manager & server all checked in with us. Food was good and the prices are reasonable. And I really enjoyed the red wine "on tap". Both my husband and I agreed we will go back again!❤
Really great service and a beautiful setting. We got mussels in saffron sauce, boar meatballs, beef carpaccio, margarita pizza and the prosciutto with arugula pizza. I wish I took a picture of our desert it was a peach schnapps panna cotta. I'm not usually a dessert person but when the head chef comes over and suggests it I couldn't resist and I'm glad I didn't! This restaurant is attached to Hash a breakfast brunch restaurant I highly recommend. The 4 stars are only because of a few minor hiccups but it's understandable being a new restaurant. I look forward to going back later this week with my mom and hopefully try out a few other menu items. This restaurant supports local in a huge way and it shows throughout the whole restaurant from food to the beverages. Try the coffee and people cow Saskatoon cream liqueur.
