Dropped $60 on food here yesterday and was very disappointed as the quality paled in comparison to the food I have come to expect from this franchise over the years. Should have got McDonald's. The burgers were under cooked and tasted very bland. The cheese was poorly distributed on the poutine. The donuts were hard as hockey pucks. Will not be eating here again reason being we don't drop that kind of money on a meal very often and when we do it should be special.
My husband and I went in to get take out. I was wearing my mask and my husband presented his medical exemption from a mask. The lady refused to serve him because it did not clearly state that his medical condition didn't exempt him from not wearing a mask! We left and to the south one where they had not issues! Rediculous!
We ordered our food. The waitress was very rude through the process. She forgot to charge for the drink and when asked where the drink was she said “he didn’t order one” which he did. Then accused us of lying. The one burger was quite rare as well. Throughout the time we were there, no one came to check to see if everything was ok and the one staff member was continually staring at us and making it quite uncomfortable. Will not be going there again. The food that wasn’t undercooked was delicious.
I went to this establishment to get my grandsons a milkshake each. 2 milkshakes. I stood, by myself, waiting for approximately 20 minutes. The cashier did make wye contact on several occasions. Nothing was said. The other 6 patrons in the store were happily eating. Finally the manager came up to the till to see if I was looked after. Finally, I got the 2 milkshakes for my grandsons. Kind of sad.
Pretty good food. If you get past the price. Almost $40 for two meals. Could of bought some good pizza with that money ?♂️
For some reason the lady needed to see my ID after checking the Covid passport? Then I asked for medium drink and fries and I still got a small drink…Whats the point of this QR thing if nobody trusts it…
We ate it but that's getting pretty rare.

Don't skip it order for pickup it's much more fresh the Southern filet chicken sandwich put bacon on it and some Swiss cheese best burger you'll have and the curly fries are always hot unless you order from skip
Awesome! Fantastic friendly service. A little expensive, but it is homemade, all top of the line ingredients, well worth it!
