My mother and I had to get the car services at Ford and decided to slip over to Denny's. We ordered breakfast which was delicious! Our waitress Terri was excellent, very knowledgeable and experienced. Very pleasant time :)

We were seated right away but then waited over 20 minutes. Manager was walking around but avoiding all tables that looked like they needed service. I had to go to the front desk and ask for someone to come to the table to take even just our drink order.Our waitress was super nice. Food was decent.We weren't the only table that was ignored. Table beside us waited even longer to be helped. And we saw another group walk out as no one had come by either.
Went today for Mother’s Day breakfast, after waiting for so long, waitress came said sorry your order will be late because we have lots of skip the dish’s orders, i already ordered one coffee the kids had water, I told them I can’t wait longer because I have to go to work after, so the unprofessional manager came instead of apologizing he gave me a bill for $3.65 for the coffee, I’m not expecting to give me free coffee but you discussed me if you a normal human and professional manager you should offer me the coffee for free and apologized, it’s not the first time you late to serve our order and it’s the last time I will support this business, it’s not a good morning for Mother’s Day, by the way it was 9:30 am and your restaurant was half empty, we enjoyed ABC country restaurant the food was amazing the service was amazing as well they deserve every penny we spend at ABC country restaurant.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Denny’s! Went there for breakfast our server, Terri, was very nice and accomodating! I’m a local resident of Red Deer and in my opinion I think she’s the best server in Denny’s that have ever served us. Usually they’re either rushing, gloomy look, a server should have a welcoming aura and Terri surely have one. Thanks for a good breakfast!
So this will now be part of our routine drive down to Banff. I tried doing a review from the QR code on receipt but it didn't work. JEN E was a great server and very attentive to my 4 year old. Washroom seem cold, issue there but because Jen was so great I'll be going back all the time. I hope good workers, friendly like her are taken care of.
Food was alright. Toast hard. Brought wrong order first but corrected. We were put at a small table and dirty dishes not picked up till we were leaving. We asked for more cream and sugar and they were placed on a dirty plate. Coffee was not regularly topped up. Server quick to walk away before I finished asking what I wanted. Food and Service is way better at ABC Country Restaurant
Had Jade as a waitress she was very kind, patient, and had Nice hair. She may have had one shoelace untied, but I didn’t check so I don’t know for sure. Ha ha. Overall great food and a great experience!
Jatin V was our server. He is very good at his job! He promptly took our drink order after we were seated. Our meal arrived quite timely, barely waited long. Within 5 minutes returned to ask how the meal was and refilled our coffee. At the end of our meal brought us the bill, explained the survey, and thanked us for coming in. Great experience! Thank you Jatin!
It's been so long since we visited and we were not disappointed!! Very delicious meal, and such great service! I highly recommend the patty melt, it had such amazing flavor!! Our waitress Arlene was super patient, very attentive and provided a wonderful dining experience for our family!! We will definitely be back!!?
