Omg. A person only has one job to do. Over ten minutes to put some ice cream in a cup.Watched as the girl used what appeared to be a used paper towel to handle a brownie without gloves on. Then put into my kids sundae.Didn’t complain. Left and put in bin.Ps. Hire some adults. Place is full of kids speaking various languages. Texting. Playing on mobile phones. I’m all for having a good time at work but this was like a kindergarten. Won’t be back.
We had a great experience here last week… we had ordered dilly bars for an employees last day and when they showed the ice cream had melted and the bars were inedible. I called the store and without any hesitation the manager upgraded us to buster bars and personally delivered them within 30 minutes. Unbelievable service, thanks DQ. Your still expensive though.. ?
This DQ is by far the best in all of Red Deer. I never have issues with the staff, the food is always great, and they are the only one in town that gives you your money's worth! If you ask for extra toppings, you actually get the extra toppings and no one tells you "they aren't allowed to do that". If I am paying for it, yes I can. DQ North, Pines Plaza, you rock!
The food has never been an issue for me, but it often takes longer than it should to be helped by the cashiers. They should really have more people running the tills.

13.00 for 6 pieces of chicken that weren't even half the size of a proper chicken finger... big rip off won't return, service used to be so much better.
There is a significant price difference between a double mushroom burger and a single. I ordered the former and got the latter on two burgers. The long wait should imply that the orders are important to make accurately. Sadly I could not return to get the food I had ordered. You left me hungry after failing to provide the premium food I had ordered.
The food and blizzards are always really amazing at this location! But I don’t know if my tastebuds are messed up, but their pop always taste like some type of cleaning product or chlorine.
Cheese burgers where room temperature. Not going back, upset my stomach.
