When ever I'm in town I stop here for a quick ice cream. Staff is friendly and nice.
Terrible service at this location. I am met with attitude and poor customer service every time so I have stopped going here. The North DQ will get all my business going forward. As well, you don't get what you pay for, even if you pay extra. It's a rip off!
NEW to gas alley. The young people that work there, are awesome! Always friendly and on their game.
Does were salty for some reason. I never have seen DQ put salt on fries before.
Its dairy queen usually the food decent. Recently I noticed that the chicken strips in the $8 meal deal are considerably smaller than usual and it makes it feel like much less of a deal actually.
Service are acceptable but the food especially Chicken and strips are not crispy and too dark.Oil should be change.
This is unfortunately my least favourite DQ in Red Deer. Every-time I’ve gone the servers have been rude and you can hear them talking to their coworkers about customers. They roll their eyes and act like it’s an inconvenience. They also never honour the coupons on the app. This is my biggest pet peeve. They blame it on not having a scanner but I explained to them other DQ’s in Red Deer do it without a scanner. They simply said “we don’t” and closed the drive thru window on me. Won’t be back.
The food was good but the wait was absolutely way too long. To top it off, my order was wrong.
Very friendly and helpful. Needed a cheerful person to deal with and she was there at the right time. The service is just as important as the food. 5 stars here
Ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait at the drive thru tonight, wanted a peanut buster. What I recieved was a tooth buster. There was a chunk of plastic in my ice cream, I dont like to leave reviews like this as this DQ is usually great, but I bit down on what I thought was a peanut, but it was a piece of plastic, and it nearly broke my tooth. If I would’ve swallowed that couldve done serious damage to my insides. Please just be more careful guys.
