Very friendly service from the cashier. Young man with a beard. Was asked again by another person if I have been helped. Very friendly and fast service. Food was so fresh.
Good food, parking lot is a disaster. Not at franchise fault but annoyance when trying to access any services in this "mall".Always some bearded guy walking around without hair/beardnet touching my food. Never found a hair, preferably would not like to ever.
Their rewards system doesn't work with 'their' system. Had rewards for fries and burgers for free, they scanned it 3x and still didn't work, (the manager acted like these fries were coming out of her pay) Then they said I had to pay, and then when I tried to pay their debit machine didn't work...to the point I had to SWIPE the card. not insert the chip. this ridiculous. their prices are ridiculous, the drive through is insane and now their rewards are useless too. I'd avoid it at all costs.
Very incompetent staff. Screwed up my drink order then when they finally gave me the correct drink the cup leaked all over me and my car.
We went in to Deer park dq the other day to pick up 3 cakes one on order.When we went back to get the cake it was not done properly as we explained and as the little card says. I have a 13 yr old crying now and Alex the store manager/ owner said there's nothing he can do about it. (he made that cake). When I worked at dq you made icing fluffy and pretty not just lines of pink. It was supposed to be pink and purple alternating. As that's what the card says. He also asked his employee what it was supposed to be she said pink and purple alternating but he refused to fix it. This is just upsetting a little special needs girl. The fact it was done wrong was one thing the fact I got it melted and poorly done is another. Alex explained to me a cake takes no more than 10 mins tho so you get what you get. I will attach the picture of the order card and the small pictures of cake in freezer. All pink in comments.
Close to home lots to choose from and the St. Patrick's day milk shake is YUMMY!
Brutally slow. Unless your from a certain region of the planet the you get preferential treatment like many other establishments. The mens washroom smells like a fish market in july.....
A local favourite of this part of town, good customer service and consistent products. Owners seem like they are present and active at the location so that keeps the quality up.
Your typical fast food eats. Drive thru is notorious for being busy so I suggest to go to another store in town. They are all owned by the same family “The Hamill Family” and are a real nice bunch of people. Customer service is on key but I do find they don’t mix their blizzards all the way down to the bottom which is quite frustrating.
