Came here twice, the first time we got amazing service but when we came back for a second time on a Wednesday evening we got no service and had to leave . 2 bartenders and no service. Not impressed
If you play the vlts here & happen to win, be sure to count your money!! The (Evening) Waitresses at Cheers will steal whatever they can get away with. On 3 separate occasions they have “forgotten how to count”, tried to short me at least 20$, & A few months ago I was robbed for $200 by a waitress at Cheers. She could tell I was tipsy and took advantage of that. I was there for a couple hrs, & had cashed out a .20 ticket, & later a $200 ticket. When I gave her my $200 ticket, she gave me .20, said that’s all I gave her. Like I said I was tipsy & alone so wasn’t in any position to argue with her & she knew that. The bratz looking waitress has tried the same thing Every time since. Been asking around & more then a few people have had the same experience (waitresses trying to short them at LEAST $20 on their vlt cash outs) if you don’t believe me, go & see for yourself. These two ladies work so hard, to steal from their customers. I will be posting this on every forum I can, and will be letting anyone who will listen how awful this place truly is.
Friendly staff . Will at least try to find a sports game if it isn't on for u but only 2 sports channels so good luck. Food is limited to what u drop in deep fryer only and kitchen closes at 9 pm apparently so don't expect to eat if ur drinking.
Used to love to do karaoke here. But unfortunately I dont appreciate being harrassed over messenger by a bartenders kid who I dont know giving me hell and getting mad me. So unfortunately probably wont go again. Warning to anyone, apparently you cant be anything but happy go lucky with the bartenders otherwise you get harassed.
Had a great time at karaoke. Amazing singers. Someone has to send a talent scout there
Not busy when I arrived but miss fake bartender was too busy on her phone to even say hi, wouldn't recommend
Finally a place where people aren't afraid of a flu, no stupid qr code, no dumb masks that don't work, no proof of vaccination that don't work, just a test at the door, smart. And the service was great, thanks Sarah.
Always have a great time there. Service is on point. The food is good to.
