Every time I come to this grocery store I am always dismissed by cashiers. There’s no sense of customer service in this place and they are always talking amongst themselves without paying attention to the customers.The only reason I still come here is for the convenience of the location. Otherwise I wouldn’t even bother.
☆☆☆☆☆ For the staff and store and the Co-op movement in general. ☆☆☆☆☆ Been a 40 year customer of Central Alberta Co-op and love it.My two star rating is for the rude, impatient and demanding customers. I have more then one examples for each of the the criticisms Iabove. And if you read the low star reviews in this compilation you will see my point.I thank the staff of putting up with this work environment and too Central Alberta Co-op for building Timberlands. The sign on the on the way in says in part, "no one shall verbally or physically abuse any of our staff members." This is a grocery store for crying out loud why would you ever need a sign like that.
Sandi the cashier was VERY disrespectful and had a very bad attitude. Please don’t work in customer service unless you’re properly trained to do so. It doesn’t take extra effort to be nice
Looked at the pump price for regular fuel today at the Deer Park Co-op gas station and noticed the price dropped the full .13 cents from Premier Kenny removing the Alberta fuel tax. Also noticed on the Gas Buddy App many retailers in Red Deer are continuing to gouge consumers with the old price of .13 cents per litre, or even higher! Kudos to Red Deer Co-op of whom I have been a member for many, many years, I’m proud to be a member! Now, on my way to fuel up.
