The food was okay, the service not so much. For the life of me I cannot figure out why they would put a cold bun out of the fridge on a burger. It had grill marks on it but was obviously refrigerated before going on to my hot burger. The waitress was too busy chatting and laughing with her manager to give us much service to the point where I had to go up to the bar to order our drinks. No apology was given when she did finally show up. The atmosphere is okay. Honestly, nothing impressing here. There are better places in Red Deer.
Was very impressed with the service and drinks but food not so much my wife had lacken chicken ceaser salad was so much spice on salad that you could not taste the chicken. I had the butcher block burger extremely dry the meat was and very thin and the fries were terrible like eat a salt block. If we weren't in a hurry would have sent it all back
Friendly staff and very well appointed restaurant. Almost no other customers and found that the prices for very small portions of food were mostly over 40% higher than needed. I hope they make some adjustments to keep themselves in business.
My friends and I come here often and we love it. My aunt and uncle came to visit so my sister and I decided to take them to Browns on Sunday night at 7pm because we love it. I usually get tacos but decided to get the chicken sandwich this time. Big mistake on my part. I ended up getting food poisoning and by 1 am I was throwing up everything. I’m not sure if I will be going back. I haven’t had a bad experience with the other foods but I definitely DO NOT recommend getting the chicken sandwich
My first time there. Greeter was friendly, wait staff were 'Johnny on the spot' and the food was outstanding. I had a spicy but unpronounceable tuna salald and a dragon roll. One complaint. The most delicious key lime cheese cake I've ever consumed is to be discontinued on May 26th. Not sure if the nice atmosphere, pretty staff and good food can make up for that. Pity.Took the family Friday and they enjoyed it too. No word on the keylime but they were simalarily impressed.
Shout out to BSH!! Absolutely fantastic service!! So polite, let me work on my studies in peace and knew exactly when to serve me. Food was exactly what I needed and the service was always served with a smile. Keep it up ladies and gents... ever since covid the standards have been raised. (Well for those of us who enjoy hosting at home) Loved it!

Went out for date night. I had the steak which was perfectly cooked, the scallop potatoes were great! Had a few cocktails - Prosecco sangria was awesome! Old fashion was good but they lack a selection of bourbon. Had key lime pie for dessert, was great, not too sour not too sweet. It’s a go to when we dine out in clearview area. Service was great, she was attentive and had good recommendations. Quick to check on us but didn’t linger. We will always come back.
We were here on Valentine’s Day. Service was just a hair slower than usual, which was completely acceptable considering it was packed. Drinks came out cold the the food was very hot and fresh when it arrived. Tastes delicious. We especially enjoyed the brownie for dessert.
First time going, appetizer menu looked short and sweet. The Butcher Block burger was really good. The Caesar's I had where ok I would recommend seeing if they offer it in a double. We had a brownie for dessert and a single serving was definitely more than enough for two people. Overall the place seemed popular as it was quite busy, but quite loud (it could probably use sound tiles or spray foam on the ceiling to help dampen some noise).
