Probably the best spaghetti and meatballs in the city. Good, well priced good and decent service. Would recommend.
This location has a reputation of painfully slow service . We gave it another chance after being away for many years, but nothing has changed here. The staff are primarily teenaged servers who do not have adequate leadership. The kitchen is crowded with Milling about in confusion, however there's no one serving people at the tables in the dining area. I waited for 20+ minutes and did not get a server to bring us our drinks to start. We left the restaurant after waiting unattended over 20 minutes. Will not ever return.
We have not been to a BP’s for years because of a bad experience, we bought two different Oilers tickets for a 100$ and received a 25 $ gift certificate for BP’s. We went a few weeks ago to the Red Deer North Location and was OK. Tonight we went to Red Deer South Location on Gatze Ave & 32 Street. We placed our order for a beer , waiter came back & said I guess we don’t have that kind at this location,ordered different kind. Ordered Banderra Bread & asked for 1000Island dressing , apparently don’t have such a thing at this location. We were brought an order of chicken wings which apparently were a kitchen mistake and our waiter told us we could have as wanted to show they were as good as North Location. The Banderra bread arrived and was cold, overcooked and not comparable to the North Location. Husbands pizza arrived was cold and not very appetizing, my chicken burger arrived and was so hard couldn’t bite through it. All in all the meal was the worst restaurant meal have had for quite sometime and even though were not charged for anything other than the drinks , we shall not be returning.
Ordered glass of wine, water and a goat cheese salad with grilled chicken breast. Got water, 20 min later got salad, no cutlery, no wine, no chicken breast. Finally got cutlery and wine. Chicken breast came so over cooked the edges were not edible....couldn't even cut with a knife. Wish I could share photos of the food pretty disgusting. They comped chicken and wine but who cares....I was Hungry, I came to eat. I left hungry. Won't be returning.
Wing night. Sat in lounge. Not overly busy.10 min no service. Moved to restaurant side. Much better.
Went there today. 4 playoff games and BlueJays vs Yankees. 12 TVs. Leafs only game on. Asked for more. Nope, management too cheap, only one game on all. Later, we’ll probably show the Oilers game. “I’ll ask the Manager to speak with you”. I guess too busy? Sports Bar!? Nope. Go to Bo’s! Real Sports Bar, Managers care about customers, not overpriced food!!!
Great staff, good atmosphere and of course great food. 10/10 pizza and good for leftovers too! Tai chicken bites/wings are the best sauce I've ever had on wings. Love it
this was pretty cool i appreciate the free balloon animals. waiter and balloon animal maker were so friendly i think this is the best boston pizza i have been to yet. i attached a picture of me and my friends and look how happy we are that the food was warm and came quickly and we got balloon animals
I took my kids for lunch , The food was really good. You should try the Mediterranean pizza. I also ordered for beef burger and was amazing. Thanks
First of all would be nice if they opened on time! Typical Boston Pizza, lack lustre service at best. Food was ok, but it looks like they have also down sized the sandwich menu.
