Stopped in foŕ supper.Waited several minutes for someone to even acknowledge our presence at the hostess station, before asking if we had been helped yet.Got sat, two more servers asked if we had been helped yet.Finally had our order taken (pizza and a spaghetti), but waited for our food to show up.My pizza was very good, but the spaghetti only warm.The odd part is it wasn't the least bit busy in the restaurant.Two other tables when we got sat ?Food was good, but service - not so much.No reply needed.

My daughter and I had an excellent dinner! Great staff and quick service. Only issue is the Caesar says it comes with pepperoni but they no longer do that. Small issue but overall great experience.

They have a robot that brings you your food and it's a cat!Ok seriously though. This location has the same food as every other Boston Pizza, this kitchen cooks the menu capably. The front of house staff is warm and welcoming. The location is clean and we've never had an issue getting a seat no matter the size of our party.

They are always fantastic when I go there. They were super super busy with tournament groups and still managed to serve my son and I quickly and accurately with fantastic attitudes! Aside from just looking and seeing every table with taken, they was not a long wait time. They rocked it!

my grandmother tried ordering through skip the dishes, and accidentally put in the wrong address. she never got a phone call or even texts confirming that her order had been delivered so she phoned the restaurant to change the address. they informed her they already dropped it at the front door of the incorrect address (no one was home so I don’t understand why they would have left it at an empty house and not thought to call or anything??) and told her there’s nothing they can do about her $100+ order being completely wasted. I understand it was her fault for not putting in the correct address, but she’s just an old woman. and i’m sure she’s not the first to make this mistake either. the restaurant should be taking precautions to ensure orders are delivered, I simply cannot believe that they left it at a clearly empty house without even attempting to call. skip the dishes drivers are expected to phone if they aren’t getting a response at the door. it should be expected from boston pizza delivery drivers as well when ordered through skip the dishes. she couldn’t afford to waste that much money. I don’t want or expect any sort of response to this review, I just want the restaurant to take into consideration that their customer service needs some work, so that this doesn’t happen to another innocent person who makes a very common and easy to miss mistake.

As someone with dairy and gluten sensitivities, its hard to eat out anywhere. The menu clearly labels gluten items but not dairy, so i had to talk to our server about it. She verified anything that she couldnt answer, and i managed to get a meal that was delicious and safe.Food was fast, hot, and delicious, and staff was friendly.

Great vibe in the lounge! Watched the hockey game and had amazing service. Server was super up beat and chatty and elevated the experience! Loved the food robot too.

My chicken quesadilla was horrible. The wrong sauce was used and after 12 hours, I still feel like I could throw up. Although we had reservations for my granddaughters birthday, no one passed on the message to our server or the night manager to sing to this sweet 9 year old. She got the ice cream, and the table decorations, but the staff didn't sing to her. A very big let down for her. The only positive part of the night was our server Marley. She was absolutely fantastic. Marley is the only reason I would consider coming back. Honestly, if I do come back and Marley isn't there, I'll leave and go elsewhere.

Very friendly welcome when we walked in. Even tho it's late on a Saturday, waitress is very enthusiastic and lively! Good atmosphere. Great drinks!
